Amber's Love

"How on earth did you get drunk last night?! I mean once we had been saving the world and stuff we all went straight to bed!" Babe asked confused.

People go on about how blondes are dumb but I am pretty sure it's darker haired people in Babe's case.

"I went to bed but that doesn't mean I went to SLEEP. I got up once all of you were asleep, which wasn't long btw, and crept out to Bruce's house!"

Just in case any of you guys don't know Bruce is Bruce Banner (the Hulk basically) and is also Amber's love interest. She spends hours with him and I do sometimes wonder what they actually do. I mean, do they just talk , or go out or just sit and stare at each other like those weird couples who sit under trees at the park and read poetry? I would ask her but when she isn't with him we are constantly saving this helpless world that we live in.

"Oh I thought I smelt, like, chemicals when you got dragged in here."

Again, just in case you didn't know, Bruce is a scientist, so yeah that explains the chemicals comment, curtesy of Treasure.

Just then the doors burst open and there he was, 'the man, the myth, the legend' (according to Amber - not me duh) Bruce.

Ok, I probably over exaggerated the impact of his entrance. It went a bit more like this.

Then there was a feeble tapping at the door and the Bruce walks in holding a load of books and (of course anyone would lie here for romantic purposes and say 100 roses but I am not going to lie here so) of all things, a protractor! I try telling Amber he is just a big nerd with an even bigger temper but she always dismisses the thought.

I stroll towards the door casually, where he is standing, in my unicorn pj's and right then and there I see something I rarely see......
