When Prince Charming gave Snow White the magic kiss to awake her from her eternal slumber...

Things didn't quite go the way he'd expected.

To put it bluntly, Snow White was annoying.

Everything was high pitched. Her voice, the click of her heels...

It hurt his ears a lot, and it had started from the very moment she'd awoken. Just thinking about that gasp as she came back to life... an unpleasant shudder crawled down his spine.

He blamed himself for not noticing it sooner though, because he had  heard her singing to the well the first time they'd met.

Which brought point 2:

SHE SANG TO EVERYTHING.

Birds, squirrels, raccoons, moles, worms, even inanimate objects.

What was up with that?

His parents were trying to decide whether to accuse her of witchcraft or lunacy.

Point 3:

She was way too much of a perfect housewife, which didn't help Charming's "Women Can Do It, Too!" Campaign. Like, seriously. Was she trying  to undermine his title of Political Activist Prince Charming?

He'd tried to make her go to the gym, but she'd given another high-pitched gasp which was enough to make him run out of the room.

But, a few days later, he devised an evil plan. Snow White would  get dem buff muscles if it was the last thing he did. And what was better than a long run?

"My dear, dear Snow, I'll buy you five different Chanel perfumes if you go for a run in the woods. You'd be able to find that lost baby beetle on the way, too."

Snow clasped her hands over her heart. "What lost beetle!? Dylan and Jannette were both there this morning!"

Charming's heart sped up. "Th-the one you never noticed. He was always listening to you singing, but I didn't see him last time. He must be lost." An evil glint danced in his eyes. "A long distance it is, the woods. You should run to find him soon."

Before he knew it, Snow had pulled on her Nike running shoes and Under Armour sweatshirt, already halfway to the woods.

Finally!  He thought, doing a little dance in the kitchen. Now I can nail this campaign and watch a little TV without her constant sandwich offerings!
