As the days past by Mayim started to feel funny and not in a good way Jim had noticed but didn't wanna worry to much she probably had a cold.
A couple of weeks past and she was no better she was in bed with Jim watching over her they were back home now in L.A. Jim got home from the the Big Bang theory set and decided to take Mayim to the doctors when they got their the doctor took her bloods and heart rate and etc. Jim went for coffee and the doctor came back.
Doctor: hello Mayim I will just jump right into this unless you wanna wait for you husband ?
Mayim: no it's ok I am not dieing am I?
Doctor: no your not you and your baby are fine!

Mayim was taking it in then she was sure she miss heard him
Mayim: baby?
Doctor: yes baby you are 3 weeks pregnant! Congratulations!!

Mayim didn't know what to say she was shocked her and Jim had been wanting to make a family but not until a couple of years away this is too soon Mayim told her self. Jim came back in the room and was worried.
Jim: hey are you ok?
Doctor: she will be fine your wife is A ok!

Jim was happy to hear. The doctor knew by Mayim's reaction she didn't know and neither did he and he didn't wanna be the one to tell him. 
On the weekend they were just on their way out for dinner then the subject of children in the future came up.
Jim: all I am saying is children are a hand full. You seen our nephews.

Mayim though Jim might not be ready to be a dad or that he would hate her for not telling him sooner either way she was nerves no matter what!
As they go to dinner they had a nice meal and Jim noticed Mayim was drinking juice instead of wine.
Jim: I thought you liked wine more than juice?

Mayim's thoughts where :
Should I tell him
What did I have juice for
He is catching on
Do I lie
Is this the time and place
Just do it!

Mayim: Jim I wanna tell you something and I wanna promise you I have only found out when I went to the doctors and I am terrified to tell you!
Jim: babe what is it I will stick with you you are my wife tell me!

Mayim went to tell him but all that could come out was nothing but a whisper
Mayim whispered: your gunna be a daddy!
Jim thought he heard her wrong and nearly choked on his drink
Jim: come again ?
Mayim: I am pregnant Jim.

Jim was stunned he couldn't think of anything but getting up for some fresh air and that's what he did and Mayim followed him.
Mayim: hey you ok?
Jim: yeah just a little stunned I have always wanted to be a dad someday but wow this is just wow.

He was to shocked to talk all he did was look at Mayim with a fake smile on his face he was so happy but a little upset she kept this from him he's own wife couldn't tell him she was pregnant with his kid.
Jim: why didn't you tell me sooner?
Mayim: I was scared Jim.  I was so worried that you would hate me or that you would.....

Mayim was cut of by Jims kiss and embrace he was so happy nothing could rewen this moment even if he was upset that she didn't tell him. But that didn't matter he was so happy.
Jim: I am happy and sceard too but as long as we do this together we will be great parents.

They went home got into bed and started to cuddle and drift of in each other's arm's
