Maude's POV
I was brushing my teeth when my phone rang. I ran to answer, my toothbrush in my mouth.
''ahelho''
''Um, hello?'' Jack said laughing about my funny way of talking I guess.
''wait'' I go back to the bathroom, finish to brush my teeth and come back.
''ok, what's up?''
''I was calling to tell you that you should totally do something with Katerina, she was crying after the party...''
''OH MY GOD, why? Jack did you do anything wrong? Please don't tell me you messed up!'' I said kind of worried.
I liked Katerina and I thought she was perfect for Jack. It changed from all the girls he dated before that were one night or maximum two nights. They were kind of getting on my nerves.
''No, I didn't. She saw you and Finn close and thought it was me. She thought we were together...''
''But, that's exactly what happened to me at first...!''
''That's why I want you and her to hang out, you guys seem to have more than you think in common.''
'' Ok then I'll call her, meet me at my house with a couple of friends at 7. ''
I called Finn and asked the same thing. I was going to throw a surprise party for Katherina.
I decided to ask her if she wanted to come over and watch some girls movies. I never had that opportunity with Jack other girlfriends. They were all sluts. Actually we would only have time to watch half of a movie because Jack & Finn would come at 7.
Katherina's POV
My phone rang.
Since I moved in London, my phone rang more that it ever did in 1 year in Canada.
It was Maude.
''Hi Maude''
''Hi Katherina, I heard what happened at the party and I want us to start on a good base, why don't you come over for dinner?''
'' I don't know my apartment is still full of boxes...''
''Don't worry about this I'll help you later, I rent a couple of girls movie, bring the popcorn, see you at 2, bye!''
''bye!''
She always seemed so energetic and so friendly.
It was always cheering me up.
I decided that I was going to wear jogging, I wasn't in a mood to be in a dress or jeans. We were only going to watch movies anyways! I brushed my teeth, put a little bit of make up on...
I looked at myself in the mirror, I couldn't go there wearing jogging, it was the first time I was going to go at her house. I changed into jeans and got in my car.
Her house was fifteen minutes away from mine, not that far.
I arrived in front of a big house. Oh no sorry, enormous house.
I couldn't believe she had that house, lucky.
I was a little nervous when I knocked.
Maude's POV
I was anxious.
I didn't even knew if she liked surprises, or even parties, I realised I knew nothing about her. But I felt like we were going to grow closer.
Someone knocked, it was her. I was wearing a pair of jeans wishing she wouldn't see nothing coming. It had to be a really big surprise.
I opened.
'' Hey girl!'' I said kissing her on both cheeks ''come in!''
The night went on, we ate pasta and we were finally sitting on the couch and we had decided to watch ''Mean girls'' a classic. It was already 6 fifty.
I received a text, it was from Jack: '' Were in front. coming with approximately twenty persons.
I respond: '' It's unlocked, I'll bring her in my room get in the living room, hide and be sure to be silent.''
''You know what? I have a walk-in closet wanna see it?'' I said trying to find a way to escape form the living room.
''Yah, sure'' She sounded impressed.
Katerina's POV.
A walk-in closet, I dreamed of one everyday of my life. Her's was fantastic. She was so lucky.
''Maude. it's so cool! I dreamed of one for like, my entire life!''
''Yah, It was already there when I moved in.''
''Awesome.''
We went back to the living room. The lights were closed I didn't remembered closing them but with how rich Maude was, they could have been automatic.
''SURPRISE''
They were like 25 yelling suprise all at the same time looking at me and smiling.
''Oh my god. '' I said ''Je suis bouche-bée'' *
''Were all there to welcome you into our group, I think you're ready to join, are you?'' Jack said biting his bottom lip.
''Sure, I can't even thank you enough guys for being here. Thanks.''
The party began.
Jack and I looked at each other , before I could even get what was going on, he wrapped his hands around my waist, I wrapped my hands around his neck, and we kissed.
I felt butterflies, it was magic. I couldn't be more happy at that moment.
