Our SUV pulls up to the kerb of the entrance of "MeadowView School". We step out of the car and Valerie leads us to the main lobby. The school was huge and apparently she knew it like the back of her hand. Ash was already giggling and chatting with some girls. She is such a social butterfly! Mom enters the main office and gets i and Ashley registered with our schedule. The principal suggests we start tomorrow but Mom insists we must start today.
"I'll be here at three". She says, planting a kiss on each of our cheeks.
"Ugh! Mom." Ash cries, "You're embarrassing me! " She protests in a loud whisper, wiping off the kiss with a Mock frown.
Mom laughs and shrugs, flipping her hair as she walked away.
"Bye. "
"Cmon, I'll introduce you to some--", Valerie trails off.
"Oh Hey... Sophie! ", Ash cuts off, The Brunette beamed at her.
"Ya got ya schedule aye? "
Ash nods, grinning excitedly.
"Great C'mon." The girl says to Ash. Ash grabs her backpack and schedule
"See you later. " She says to us, over her shoulders.
Valerie stood, jaw dropping.
"How-did-she--? ", Valerie chokes on her words and I laugh.
"No,no. Did you see that? We've been here for less than ten freakin' minutes! How does she even do that?! " She finally says, totally dumbfounded.
"Relax, you haven't even seen nothing yet. "
I look at my schedule for a few seconds and realize I'd be having alot of classes with Valerie since we're both in Arts.
"Autumn. Emi!!" Valerie calls over to two girls walking into the entrance,grabbing my hand as we hurry to catch up with them.
"Hey, " The girls smile at her cheerfully.
"Hi, " I say shyly, as their eyes fall on me.
"Ohmigosh. I love you shoes. " one says.
"Yah... Your shirt is gorge! ". The other says and I smile, totally feeling myself.
"Thanks"
"Girls, Meet Courtney...my new sister." Valerie smiles, looking at me.
"We know, Val-", One of them cuts in.
"Shut up Autumn. " Valerie jokes.
"Court, meet Emily and --",
"Autumn Skai. " Autumn cuts in again, intentionally, just to annoy Valerie.
"Yeah...Autumn. The very rude and annoying one. "Valerie says, in mock disgust as she points them out.
"Oh C'mon Val. You know, you love me. "
"Don't flatter yourself. " Valerie says and we laugh.
Autumn had really light brown eyes with heavy lashes and curly dark brown hair And Emi had bright blue eyes and wavy brown hair with streaks of blonde.
Three girls sashayed pass us. They looked like models from the cover of Forbes magazine. Rich and Fabulous was written all over them. The middle girl had almost-to-her-feet long hair... Okay, that may be over exaggerated but you get the point. She was a blondie and it was clear that she was wearing hair extensions. She wore a nice body hug long sleeve crop top with a black and white patterned skater skirt and ankle boots. Her hair was let down and held back with very stylish sunglasses. The other two wore the same thing except their skirts weren't patterned. As they walked by, the crowd parted like the Red sea. They looked like they wanted all the attention to themselves and they sure got it.
"That one, that's Tina Mccurley. She's one of the dumbest girls you'll ever meet." Autumn says, "The other One, thats Tanya Bridge, She's totally rich and spoilt. "
"Those two just follow Tori like she's the Queen."
"Tori's the middle one. Tori Preston. She's a girl living in a family with lots of money and she gets away with pretty much everything. She's the most popular girl in school and the only child and everyone knows she's spoilt rotten. " Emi says.
"She's the Queen B. The other two are just her little workers. Even if she doesn't bath for a month, she still looks pretty. She has this 'look at me, I'm perfect.' look and if you dare talk to her she'll look at you like she's evaluating if you deserve to talk to her. " Valerie finishes off.
"Wow. " I say, a little stunned "She sounds like a --- ". The bell goes off for first period. We hurry to English, where meet Miss Ross. She is tall and slim with a shapely figure. Her golden brown hair flows over her shoulders and her big blue eyes hid under her round glasses.she wore high waist trousers and a nice black and white blouse. I sit in the second row get my stuff ready as everyone settles in.
