My alarm clock went off at usual timing signing me that I need to get out of bed and head off to my job at the book store
I sighed putting my hands on my face let me just clear my thoughts before I get up
I don't need my Neighbor accidentally seeing my morning boner because I forgot to close my blinds last night
I need to go shopping today I need new pens and paint brushes I guess I'll go after work then go to the park to free draw
After about 10 minutes of laying in bed I got up and tied my hair in a messy bun walking to my closet to get my outfit for the day
I walked to my window to close my blinds when I see my neighbor at her mirror finishing up her hair I guess
I never spoken to my neighbor but she really is a beauty I may have just said a simple good morning once but that's it
I think she lives alone because there isn't much commotion at her house
I didn't even realize I was staring a little too much until we locked eyes and she dropped whatever she had in her hand
"Sorry" I mumbled to myself and closed my blinds

Lauren woke up early today because she will be going to help Dinah out with an outfit for this date Dinah will be having on Friday
Lauren did what she does every morning check her window to see if her neighbor was up but today she wouldn't know because y/n left her blinds open
Y/n opens her blinds every morning to let the fresh air in
Lauren sighed and went to pick out her outfit
She got ready and started to do her make up when she finished next was her hair just to wave it messy
Lauren felt someone watching her but she just thought it was her imagination so she ignored it
Emerald eyed beauty's phone started ringing she clicked the green button answering Dinahs call
"Hey Lauren you ready?" Lauren nodded to herself Picking up her phone and turned to the window to check on her secret lover
"Yeah I'll be-" Lauren cut herself off when she locked eyes with her neighbor and dropped her phone
"Lauren?" She heard from the call but she was just shocked to see her neighbor watching her
"Sorry" Lauren read y/n's lips and she closed the blinds
"LAUREN!" Lauren quickly looked at her phone then the window again
"Did that just happen?" She whispered to herself
"DINAH" Lauren yelled happily picking up her phone
"Dinah! Dinah oh my
God Dinah"
"Whoo chill girl what's going on I heard the phone fall"
"Y/n was just looking at me through her window!" Lauren jumped like a little kid squealing
"What sexy neighbor girl
Saw you stalking her?"
"No I wasn't this time she was looking at me as I was finishing my hair oh my god y/n acknowledged me for once!"
Dinah laughed on the other line at how excited her friend was
"Alright girl I think you need to go downstairs and get yourself a big glass of water cause you sound thirsty"
"Fuck you Dinah let me
Enjoy this"
"Alright just hurry up and come get me"
Lauren said okay and ended the call turning to her window to close her blinds but before she did
Y/n reopened hers and saw Lauren again
Y/n didn't know what she felt for the emerald eyed beauty she just thought of her as her next door neighbor nothing more but she was actually happy to see her once again
Lauren waved at her with a generally gorgeous smile which y/n just waved and walked away from her window
Lauren sighed closing her blinds. Lauren knows y/n is a private and serious person so she didn't really except a smile from her neighbor
The whole day Lauren couldn't stop smiling Dinah teased her about it but Lauren was just in such a good mood to argue with Dinah
Y/n on the other hand was the same as any other day
