Run by head chef, Dakota, the kitchen was the center of all food in the jail. Dakota has a life sentence. Rumor has it she murdered her 2 children with an ax, made a stew with the meat, and served it to her husband and other child for dinner. Others say she snuck into a factory at night and poured the blood of her children into the food processor for revenge of the processed food company. No one knows. After being sentenced to life in jail, she decided it would be better to turn to girls for comfort instead of waiting for the day she would return to her husband.
Dakota: SEÑORITA ARE THOSE BEANS DONE? HELLO? HOLA? JESUS CHRIST PAY ATTENTION YOU PIECE OF SHIT.
Lola: Lo siento.
Dakota: Well don't just stand there apologizing. Work!
Lola: Puta.
Dakota: Watch your mouth or tomorrow's menu will include a little Mexican spice.
Lola goes back to work.
Dakota: Alright everyone lets get ready to serve. Remember, one scoop of potatoes and one slice of bread. 2 pieces of mystery meat if they want it or a piece of canned ham if they want it. No more! No less!
The prisoners start to come into the cafeteria and line up for lunch. Dakota is serving the mashed potatoes, with Lola working along side her.
Dakota: Unenthusiastically Enjoy. Enjoy. Enjoy. Enjoy.
A prisoner complains.
Dakota: YEAH WELL IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE? I HAVE POTATO SKINS IN THE BACK. I COULD MIX IT WITH RAT POSION?
Ellen walks by and gets some potatoes
Ellen: Oh thanks
Dakota: Any time. Here take another scoop. My names Dakota. How about you sweet stuff?
Ellen: giggling My names Ellen. Thanks for the extra. Hey if you're not doing anything after lunch you should meet me in my bunk. Cell 57 B. I'm on the bottom left.
Dakota: I wouldn't miss it for the world. Especially with that kind of ass.
Ellen walks away and Dakota finishes up serving the inmates. She cleans up and skips eating her own lunch. She hurries over to the showers and freshens up, expecting her visit to end well.
