I sighed and sat up in bed. Pulling away the comforter, I swung my legs over the side of the bed. The houses sound consisted of echoing silence.

"No ones home again..." I grumbled. I stood and walked over to my closet, changing out of my tank top and into a t-shirt and shorts. I stumbled into the hallway, and walked into the kitchen. I made myself a bowl of cereal and switched on the TV. I stared blankly and shoveled the cereal into my mouth. I let the spoon hang in my mouth, and sighed. I slurped the milk, and after washing my dishes and brushing my teeth, I headed back to my closet.

"Time for Minecraft!" I exclaimed proudly. Sometimes, Minecraft was the only that got me by during the day. Mom was always off at a party with friends, or even strangers, leaving me to clean the house and take care of myself. Even if I was already 16, I still felt a loneliness. I opened up the screen and logged into Minecraft. I decided to play on a new world, considering that I had everything on my older ones. I popped into the new world, on the shore of an island. I jumped up the dirt blocks, and began hitting a tree, and gathered blocks. I was walking through a forest, killing cows and pigs along the way, until I reached a clearing. There was a small pond with sugar cane and mushrooms, and I decided to build my house there. I created a bench from the logs, and began the construction. I ran out of logs, and not wanting to cut down the trees surrounding my house, decided to venture out. I was walking, the crunch of dirt beneath me, I began enjoying the nice scenery, and started looking up towards the leaves of the trees. Suddenly, the expanse of sky was above me, and the tree leave lining was gone. I looked around and saw something extremely strange. It was a hilly field, with several bare trees. I looked around suspiciously.

"Never seen bare trees before..." I spoke softly to myself. I realized then that the sky was beggining to be dark, so I quickly got the logs and headed back. On my way back to the house, I found several sheep, so I hit them, and took their wool with me when I returned. Finished with my house, I placed  charcoal torches, and went to bed. After a few moments, I was awake once again, on the outside of my door I heard the familar hissing and burning of skeletons and zombies. I waited for it to stop, before I made a pick axe and sword and extied my home. I stopped cold, and stared at the strange signs sitting just 4 blocks from my home.

"OK, I absolutely KNOW I didn't make those..." I hesitently murmured. I went up to it, and read its print.

"EID RO EVAEL" I read aloud. I frowned in confusion, and paused to check my status. Sure enough, I wasn't on a server. 'What is this?' I thought confused. I simply decided to ignore it, and walked past. After a few minecraft hours, I returned home form a good mineing day. I noticed that the sign was gone, and I smiled in pleasure. But when I walked into my house, the scene before me was definitely enough to make someone cry out. A man that looked like Steve, but with hollow white eyes, stood still next to my bed, a daimond sword gently swining on his side. I screamed, jumping up in my seat and slamming my laptop screen down. I stepped away, the wood from the chair screeching across the floor. I breathed deep, and quickly repented my rash acts, and gently opened the screen. The man was gone, and more importantly, my screen was not broken. I breathed, saved the world, and entered the kitchen. After cooking a frozen pizza and consuming it, I brushed my teeth and headed back to bed. As I lay lazily, I closed my eyes. While my head lay in the soft pillow, and my body wrapped warmly in my comofrters, I thought about the Steve with white eyes. To my surprise, I shivered a bit, goose bumps rising on my arms. I shoook my head in disbelief, and drifted into a dreamless plane.
