"OH CRAP, YOU JUST GOT SHOT!?" I stared, wide-eyed, at the man holding his shoulder next to me. He was grunting in pain. "Ya think?" He growled out. I stood there in shock, watching him press his fingers to the wound. My eyes followed the blood that was dripping to the ground.

I looked back up to his face, draped in shadows from the hood pulled over it. His eyes started to flutter closed. "Oh Shiznick." was the last thing I said before he collapsed onto me, knocking us both to the ground.

When Elian has a run in with a gang one unfortunate night, they just so happen to be in the middle of a fight. One of the members takes a bullet to his shoulder, saving her rear end. They tell her to stay away, she agrees. But one can't hide from destiny.
