Ri Jin's POV
It is finally lunchtime.
I walked out the room; exhausted. There were too many Japanese phrases and words going on in my head now. I just had my language class and my brain almost got exploded.
I slowly headed to the cafeteria by myself since Yerin, SooA and Sharon were in the Chinese class.
When I entered the empty cafeteria, I found a seat to sit down and decided to wait for my friends. I pull out my phone and checked my messages.
New Message:
From Omma,
Ri Jin ah, how are you doing in JYPE? Do you meet some good friends? Is the training hard? Omma hopes that you take care of yourself well and stay healthy. Omma will always be your #1 fan. Fighting. Come visit me and appa when you are free.. Love you
I miss my omma and appa.
I guessed I got touched, some tears were dropping off. I quickly wiped it away before anyone see me crying. I sobbed.
SooA suddenly appeared on my side and I jumped a bit.
"Ri Jin, were you scared?" SooA laughed until she probably saw my red eyes. "Ri Jin, what happened? Did you cry?" SooA asked nervously.
"Aniya, nothing happened. I just miss my parents. I got touched reading their messages that they sent me." I smiled weakly.
"Phew okay good. I thought maybe you cried because someone scolded you. But anyway, I miss my parents too. They live in Busan, so I can't really get to see them now since I am a trainee. How I wish they can move to Seoul so I can see them more." SooA sat beside me.
There was a silence after that.
"Okay, topic change! Let's talk about something else. So how was your language class." SooA broke the sadness atmosphere.
"It was okay. My brain hurt from memorizing all those Japanese phrases. Yuko unnie (the Japanese teacher) said that she is going to give me a quiz on that by the end of this week." I sighed heavily.
"You know how hard Chinese is! They have so many characters and stuff. You are lucky that you borned to be half-Chinese so you don't need to learn." SooA pouted.
"Oh yeah. Where are Sharon and Yerin?" I asked while looking around the cafeteria.
"They said they are too tired, so they think they may have lunch in the dorm instead." SooA said.
"I see."
At that moment, there were three guys walking into the cafeteria. I turned my head and saw the Amerithaikong coming this way toward us.
"Hey noona! How was your training?" BamBam asked with his cheerful tone.
"It was tiring. By the way, BamBam, did you forget you already turned into an adult? And that's mean you are basically the same age as me so you don't need to call me noona anymore." I chuckled.
"Oh yeah. Right. So can I call you Ri Jin?" He asked.
"Of course." I smiled.
"Can we sit with you guys?" Jackson asked.
I looked at SooA who was giving a nod.
"Sure. Who would mind sitting with GOT7 members right?" I teased and SooA chuckled.
We got our lunch from the cafeteria lady. I looked at the food on the plate.
These food look too healthy...
"Jackson sunbae-nim." SooA asked and Jackson looked up. "So you know Ri Jin before back in Hong Kong?"
