Devon's p.o.v
We were all staring discreetly at her, while I was trying to shy away from my steely and wandering eyes captivating her in my x Ray gaze. Some call me a 'perfect pervert' for that, others call me a secretive creep who keeps to himself and pretends he's not the luckiest guy alive with all these girls around me. I wonder what they were thinking. But apart from that, Either way, we were sure but mainly weren't sure of even how to fathom the explanation ideas we were going to spew out. And how she was going to understand was a whole other ballgame for sure. Our main story?
"The thing is, miss, you were either extremely intoxicated or captivated enough in a lonely state of mind to collapse right in the middle of the street, and eventually while we were um... Sav--"
I got a sharp pain in my side and realized Ash had whiplashed me with a elbow to the side. I couldn't keep a secret forever about what we were exactly doing when we found her, so at least I wanted to tell her. To at least release the somewhat gripping tension between this girl and us on the other side. "I was not intoxicated as it had seemed. I was merely drunken with the undertaking thoughts of where to go and who to search for, and eventually fell into a pit of despair, falling down onto the grounds from exhaustion. I am sorry to have troubled you." I sighed sadly but before I could walk away, I was stopped by the one with the steely eyes. I looked into them and saw rays of hope, eyes that scared my fears away and brought me a minuscule sense of joy... I smiled. "You don't have to go. You can stay here." He surely replied and I beamed a smile of hope back to compliment his eyes.
"Thank you." I said.
"Thank you."
And then I saw something else.
