Chapter 3

Emily
I finished my last coat of mascara and slipped on my converse. I actually looked pretty decent.

Black flannel, beanie, anddddddd leggings. I smiled at myself in the mirror when a knock was placed on the door.

"Hey Emily"? "Yes mark". I said with as laugh. "Mario told me to tell you to meet him at the movies".

I cocked my head to the side and rolled my eyes. Mario if your gonna ask a girl out at least leave with her.

Its been an hour since I left the house. I've been standing here for ever waiting for mario. He still hasn't showed up.

I checked my phone still nothing. "Hey emily"! A familiar voice yelled running over to me.

I looked up to see Blake in a gray beanie. God that boy is literally Jesus. No jk but he was hot. "Hi Blake". I said with a smile.

I'm pretty sure my cheeks were in flames. "You finally called me something other than Justin bieber". He said with a smirk.

"I'm not done with it tho. So why are you here"? I asked with curiosity. He looked around and scrunched his face up.

"I'm here for this girl". I nodded in disapointment. "What movie are you seeing"? "Uh the 5th wave". "Nice"!

I looked away for a second and looked back to see a girl with blond hair next to Blake.

His arm was around her shoulders and her arm was around his chest. My face literally went soft.

My heart felt as if it were in a million pieces. "Oh um ok. Have fun". I then wrapped my flannel around myself trying to protect my skin from the cold.

I got home to hunters house to see hunter and Mario on the couch playing call of duty. "Mario? What are you doing here?

You were supposed to meet me at the movies". "Yea about that"? "Save it". I the ran upstairs and slammed my door.

I can't believe everyone. I thought Blake liked me. Why would he do rhsty?

Blake
Emily walked off into the cold air with just a tank top and flannel on, no coat. I felt bad. She looked so upset like she wanted to cry.

"Hey Elizabeth I have to go, maybe we can watch a movie some other time"? "Come on blake you promised".

"No I kinda have to do something". I then ran down the street and jumped on the bus.

I clicked on Blake's name and thought about texting him. No I shouldn't. He should text me first.

But what i-. I then sent a text to him saying hi and instantly got a text back

E~hi
B~hey! Where'd u go I thought you were up for that movie?
E~yea sorry I wasn't feeling that well
B~oh, well get well lolz. So what ya doing now?
E~stalker much?!?jk jk I'm putting on my bikini
B~going swimming? Without me 😢 hurts
E~oh you'll get over it gray
B~ya know? I used to be on a swim team
E~dont be charming
B~didnt think I was
E~mhm

I then shut my phone off and walked downstairs. Weston was twerking while the boys played the game.

"Emily"! He then ran over and engulfed me in a hug. "Hey weston"! "Going swimming"? Hunter asked raising his eyebrow.

I nodded as mark and him both ran over. "We're coming". I laughed and shoke my head.

Blake
I just got to hunters house and I could hear screaming and laughs from the backyard.

I walked back through the house and to the yard to see the boys in the pool and Emily standing there watching them try to splash her in her black and pinkbbikini top and neon green bottoms.

Her hair was wavy and down and her nails were painted blue. "Weston stop"! She screamed backing up.

She backed up into me and looked behind her. She smiled once she saw me and put her hand through her hair.

"Hey Justin". She said taking my snapback off my head and planting it on her head.

I smiled and fixed my hair as she continued to watch the boys play around.

I took out my phone and began to do a musical.ly when she jumped on my back when the base dropped and I spun around.

It ended and she watched it play. "Nice". She said with thumbs up. I tagged her and posted it when my notfications blew up with questions like are you two dating.

I put my phone on the table and lifted emily up more. she rested her head on my back and she then laid her arms around my neck and laughed.

"Weston grabbed his phone and snapped a picture as I put emily down. "Your not that bad blake". "You too emily".

She then Pushed me in the pool and fell to the ground laughing. "Ooh your on"! I screamed jumping and chasing her.

I finally got to her and wrapped my arms around her so she's all wet. "No no no! Blake nooooooo"!

I watched her slowly fall to the ground laughing. She pushed me and I fell next to her. She laughed as she watched me laugh.

I sat up and looked at her smiling face. I then stood up and out my hand our for her to take.

She gladley took it and jumped to her feet. "Let me get on your back". She said junmping on.

"So this is your thing now huh". She nodded and put her head on my shoulder. "Attack"!!!!!

Hunter screamed shooting us with water guns. Emily screamed and ran into the pool.

I looked at my attackers and jumped in after emily. I opened my eyes underwater and could see emily at the deepest part of the pool.

She sat at the bottom of the pool floating not making a move. I came back up above the water and screamed.

"guys its emily help"!
