Stay Away

I was just laying on my bed and thinking about Timothy. And about everything that happened in the rest of the day.

I thought he's not friendly, and then suddenly he spoke and introduce himself to me. And when he first talked to me, I felt strange. I wonder why. So to clear my head, I got up from my bed, opened the window and jumped out and started to run into the forest.

TIMOTHY'S P.O.V.

No, I shouldn't have showed that side of me in front of her. At least not now. I saw her reaction, she's just curious. I'am thankful that she didn't got scared. But I'am sure that she may ask me questions tomorrow.

But the reason why I acted like that back then is because my Father mind linked me that he has something to say when I got home, together with my friends. When he has something to say, and he mindlink me well it's very important. I got tensed because that thing he was about to say might do something with me.

When the bell rang, i got out of my seat and went to my friends quickly. I did not glance back at Stephanie because I don't want to see her face, 'cause when I do, my body will just go back to her. And I may never leave her side forever.

Now, I was in the car with my friends. Jeremy, Anthony, Bryan, Christian, David, Zac, and the twins, Cody and Charles. They we're all laughing at something. They're always like that, and I'am always one of them. But for now, my mind is focused in Stephanie. I want to get to know her.

I was in the back seat.Oh, I forgot someone. The most important one. Aspen, my Beta. He was beside me, also quiet. Maybe, he was thinking about what will my father say.

We left the school early. Because this one, is really important. I don't know why do I feel bad about not saying goodbye at Stephanie, but I'll catch up with her tomorrow. Or later.

When we got to the pack house, all of us head straight to my father's office. All of us where quiet. Well I was surprised that the boys are this quiet, but maybe it's because they'll talk to the Alpha.

Cody knocked at the door. We heard the Alpha muttered some 'Come in' and Cody opened the door and we all walked in one by one. I, being the Alpha's son was in the front. He was doing some work on the papers. We stood still until he finally set aside the papers, removed his eyeglasses and clasped his hand on the table.

"So, I see that you came too early. You must be in school until 5pm for all I know." He said, his voice too deep. And full of authority.

"Yes, Alpha. We just head back here earlier. And the other next subjects after Science is not so important. So we decided that-" I was cut off by my Father.

"All subjects are important, Timothy. And all of you. You are the next generation of this pack, so you must be studying. Any way, the reason why I called all of you is because, I found out something." He said, his voice is still too deep. And to be honest, I was shivering. He still have this Alpha power on us.

"What is it, Alpha?" Jeremy, being not be able to shut his mouth, asked.

"It's about the next Alpha, has already found his mate." he said as he stand up from his seat and turn his back from us. He opened the curtain from the big window and stared blankly down the forest.

The boys' eyes were glancing at each other then their eyes finaly land on mine.

My father said The Next Alpha. Well, that must be me. Wait! I found my mate?
