audition

another 2 week later

Standing outside of the Big Hit, was me standing nervously with the boys next to me cheering me on. They have been training and helping me the past week with dancing and singing and what to say and do at the audition since they all experienced it before.

"Good luck!" They yelled as I walked through the doors, going up the elevator to the audition room.

I took a deep breath and opened the door.

"Bae Joo-Hyun?" The guy sitting the desk asked. Bae Joo Hyun was my Korean name my mom gave me since she is Korean and my father is American, I know Korean pretty well but I mostly speak English.
"Annyeong haseyo." I said smiling, trying to hind my nervousness.
He gestured his hand, telling me to go ahead. 

I decided to sing Not Spring, Love, or Cherry Blossoms. Besides Jungkook being a fan of IU, I'm also one and I just admire her voice a lot.

He had someone besides him who recorded everything.
I sang and rapped High4's parts but just an octave higher since my voice can't hit that low.
"Kamsahamnida." I said as I left.

"How was it?" Tae said as he jumped up and down.
"And how much coffee did you drink today?" I asked, laughing once I saw them.

"Seriously though, how was it?
"It went good?" I said which came out as a question.

I told them everything that happened. The man said he would email me when he made the decision. I might be in a girl group or a solo artist but he said most likely as a group. I'm fine with both, to be honest. But I know it would take a long time for us or me to debut since I would have to be a trainee for a couple of years.

"Let's go get ice cream to celebrate!" Jungkook yelled and we all agreed.
We went to a local ice cream shop and each got a different ice cream. I got a red bean flavored cone. You would think red bean wouldn't taste good but it's actually really tasty. They should have it in America.

I took out my phone and facetimed Anna. We talked for a while then hang up after we had to leave since it was getting a little late. It's 4 and we decided to go to BTS' dorm. They could've stayed at the dorm 2 months ago but there was construction near the roads to their dorm and it would take why longer to get there going another route. Plus, fans would follow them.

Their dorm was messier than Xiumin and his friends' dorm, but probably mostly because he cleans it a lot. He's a freak when it comes to neatness. He can't go a day without not showering. He's 3 times cleaner than me, to be honest.

"What should we do tomorrow? Oh yeah, Pepper is there a place in Korea you want to go? Last time you only stayed in Seoul the whole month." Yoongi asked.
"Well, I kind of want to go to Busan." I said.
"Oooh, Jimin and Jungkook can show you around in Busan." Hoseok said.
"Yeah!" Jimin said in excitement.
Jungkook and Jimin both smiled and agreed.
"So it's settled then, you're spending the weekend with Jungkook and Jimin in Busan. I'll drive you to the airport tomorrow." Jin said.
