Skye's POV
I ran for one day and made it to the human world. I bet your wondering why go to the human world? Well because no we're wants to be caught by a hunter, but I would be gladly taken by a hunter if it meant getting away from my old pack.

I see all their faces so happy and filled with love. I wonder how the humans feel if they had a mate where you were practically forced to love them. A stranger for some people or a childhood friend. For others it the person they never expected it to be.

I haven't meet my mate yet but I know that he's going to reject me. When a male mate meets the female mate they want a pure mate. A pure mate who saved themselves for each other. Me I was raped and now I'm unpure. I'm a disgrace a disgusting slut.

" Hello mam may I help you? You seem lost. "

" Well yes sir can you point me to the nearest motel. "

" Yes it is down the street turn to the left and there is the motel. Is that all I can help you with mam? "

He nodded and smiled at me and walked back to a lady that looked around his age with a smile. They hugged each other and kissed on the check and walked away.

I smiled at them. They made my heart swell with joy. Something that I hadn't felt in years.

I started to walk down the street to get to the motel. Because I bet I looked like shit and smelled funny. I turned left and saw a little motel. It was called motel number one. I walked to the front desk. I saw a teenage boy around my age working the front desk.

I walked up and ringed the bell.

" Hello welcome to Motel number one, how can I be of your service. "

" Can I get a room, please. "

" Well darling sure thing. First night is free then you have to start paying. How many nights mam. "

" A month please. "

" Okay here is your room key enjoy your stay! "

" Thank you. "

I think I smelled werewolf on him. I stopped walking and turned around and saw him flash me his canines. I paled and ran out of there and into my room.

When I got to my room. I locked the door and walked in. I walked to the bathroom and walked into the shower. I washed my hair and body. It felt good to feel clean again. I got out when the water started to feel cold. I walked out and wrapped and towel around myself. I walk out and go to the bag I have. I open it and take out my white tank top and blue jeans. I put on my sweatshirt and open my door. I walk out and go explore the area. I see the boy from the front desk talking in the phone. I see that he looks really serious and angry.

I walked back to the park where the old man meet me. I saw the old man sitting on the park bench. I walk up to the old man.

" Sir if you don't mind me asking do you know where I could get a job. I'm planning on living here and I need a job. "

" Why young lady I happen to own a dinner and I can't manage it anymore. How bout I give it to you. It makes good money and me and wife weren't able to have children so we have no one to leave it to. So would you like it. "

My eyes started to feel with tears. Never ever had someone just willingly gave up a whole restaurant for me.

" Yes sir t-t-that would mean a-a-a lot to me. "

" Well that's settled we'll help you pay for the food for the restaurant so you can start off then your on your own girly. I wish you the best of luck. "

I smiled as the old couple walked away hand in hand. I wish I had someone like that.

I walked to the closet restaurant to get food and then go to the motel and sleep.

I walked to a little cafe called Bettie's Best. I don't understand it but I don't care.

" Welcome to Betties Best What can I get you? "

" A piece of bread and hot chocolate. "

" That will be $5.59. "

I pulled out the ten I had and handed it to her and sat down for my food.

I got my food and was walking my way back to the motel. I saw a dark pathway but I new never to enter it or go near it. I pearled away from it until I saw the motel lights. I passed the creepy boy from earlier. I saw he wasn't alone anymore. There were five more guys with him.

My room again. I wasn't about to die in the hands and Mr.Creepies people. I made it to my room and closed the door in their faces.

I was breathing heavily. I wasn't ready, I'm not ready to die seeing the old couple makes me want to find my mate but I know he won't want me. I go to my bag and grab my razors.

I walk to the bathroom and lock the door. I turned on the shower and started slitting my wrists. One cut after another. I felt like I was in heaven. A place were I can escape.

I put the blade down and looked down and my writs. Blood covered scratched. It was a work of art to me but to others it's a sign of desperation, a sign of weakness to to me it makes me feel better like I can still feel and not be numb for once.

I cleaned up the mess and walked out of the bathroom. I wrapped my dirty shirt around my writs and my dirty pants on the others to make sure I didn't ruin the bed sheets.
