The Twins From Brooklyn {Completed}

The Game Day

I stood in front of the mirror in the old about the cave in locker room, and smiled it felt good to be back. I wore my old Jersey, cleats and all that I grabbed my helmet and went out of the locker room, I saw C.C. leaning against a wall and when he saw me his eyes lit up "A-"

I shook my head and started to walk on when he grabbed my arm "You know I love you, right?" he said, I looked at him and rolled my eyes "I never thought otherwise, dumbass" It slipped out before I could stop it and his eyes became huge and he smiled.

Before I could even blink he had his hands on my waist and his lips on mine and he kissed me, I wanted to shove him away but, my mind knew I didnt really want that. So I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back.

Oh shit, the game, I thought and pulled back from him as he opened his eyes and looked at me, I gulped "I-I gotta go" I said, and ran out of the old locker room and to the opening to the field. COach Jerson smiled at me and I rolled my eyes "Old man."

"Miss. Walker, Welcome back to Fort Payne High" he said with a laugh and I put my helmet on my head as I smiled "Never thought I would say I would be happy to see my loser of cousins again" I said, and we all laughed and I hit Carl's arm as she smiled and hit mine back.

I sat in the stands watching Ash play, man am I glad I didn't piss her off too much. She threw the ball to number 56 and tackled her cousin Ron who was number 88 when they got up they were both laughing and smiling.

She was good, wait no, she is great. I never thought I would admit to loving someone who wasnt my twin, but Ash completly stole my heart, I just need to make up with Bee if she will give me the time of day, and then maybe Ash will take me back. I mean that kiss had to of meant something.

Halfway through the game and her cousin Pete threw her the ball, she took some steps back getting ready to throw when she looked up into the stands lowered the ball "Momma!"

Ron couldnt stop and tackled Ash she did a flip in the air and landed on her back, and I looked to see Mrs. Walker had fell and her nurse Jane was there beside her Bee and Rikki had shot up to go down onto the field and I did the same.

When I got down there Ash was knocked out, and I heard Ron say "Oh shit, Ash, I-" he couldnt finsih as he looked up into the stand.

I woke up and saw C.C. at the end of the bed I was laying on with his arms on the foot and his head down on them, white was everywhere there was a heart monitor machine, the last thing I remember was Ron tackling me...

I took some steps back and was ready to throw the football at my cousin Rory when I looked up to the stands and saw my mom fall back from walking to the food stand with Jane, my heartbroke as I yelled "Momma!" and felt someone hit me and I remember doing a flip before landing on my back and my head hitting the ground as I got knocked out.

"C.C..why am I here?" my voice came out scratchy and he looked up with a relived face "We all thought you were going to be knocked out for more than two days" he joked, and moved beside me on the bed, he took my hand and played with my butterfly ring.

"Where is momma?"

He froze and stood up running his hand through his hair "Damn why did they want me to do it?" he hissed to himself, and I gave a confused look as I sat up on the hospital bed "C.C?"

He looked sad and about to cry himself "Ash... she's gone" he croaked out. I just looked at him and felt my heart beak into a million pieces, my momma cant be... she-she cant leave me too. FIrst my dad and now...

"Ash? What the hell are you doing?!" C.C. asked as I started removing the heart monitor things from my body, I got out of the bed and walked out the door, I knew he was following behind me "Ash, your unwell, you need to rest!" he yelled, and I walked into a room that had the number 19 and Mrs. Walker above it, I walked on in.

I went and fell on my knees beside her bed, and I took her hand in both of mine. I cried as I put my head on her bed and kissed her hand "Momma, I-I'm sorry. I love you!" I shouted and cried as someone kneeled behind me and wrapped their arms around me then rested their head on my back.

"Ashy, Ash... she is in a better place" C.C. mumbled, and I blinked as I sniffed "How do you know?"

I heard the smile in his voice as he said "All good old Women go to heaven."
