He's the one -Luke hemmings story

My name is Alexandra, but people call me Alex for short. I live in Sydney Australia with my dad. My mom left to work when I was 5, she promised she would come back, but she never did. My best friend is Luke hemmings he loves me and I love him back, but the problem is I love him more than just a friend.

Flashback-

I stood there crying in front of my mom. She was going to work in America for a few years. I hugged her and said, "but mommy why do you have to go?" She tried not to cry and said, "Well we need money and don't worry honey daddy will be here mommy has to go now don't ever forget I love you so much and so does daddy." I nod and run back to my dad.

I see her kiss my dad and say, "Please take very good care of her." He smiles and says, "I promise". Then she was gone.

-end of flashback-

I feel my dad shake me to wake up. It was summer vacation and I like waking up really late since there was no school.

I get up and say, "But dad there isn't even any school". He laughs and says, "It doesn't matter you can't be waking up at 1:00 in the afternoon". I glare at him and say, "Fine can I go to Luke's house?"

He smiles and says, "You idiot. He's downstairs". I laugh and say, "Dads shouldn't be calling their daughters idiots".

He laughs and does a motion for me to get dressed. I put on a penguin shirt and some black skinny jeans. I get my black socks and put them on and run downstairs.

I was ready for a day with Luke. My best friend and secretly my crush.
