{lower case intended}

my first novel ever. hopefully i'll be able to follow through with the idea and finish this book without giving up halfway.

"In thy face I see the map of honour, truth, and loyalty." - Shakespeare

if i could remember your face i'm sure it would be all three.

"We are who we pretend to be so we must be careful who we pretend to be." - Kurt Vonnegut

i warned you, didn't i? i warned you to choose your lies wisely. now you've dug your own grave and you don't know what your tombstone will label you as because you don't know which of your seventeen faces you last showcased to the world.

take my advice.  you want them to see the real you, but that face is buried beneath layers and layers of impenetrable, solid falsities. even if they find you, they won't accept you. they'll push you back into your pit and shovel dirt over you. they'll pretend you never existed. you could let that happen. or you could let me help you end your strife. permanently.

after all, being buried alive is worse than death.

your move.

this novel shall be an exploratory device for my own ideas. it is purely fictional, and as such remains isolated from reality. any parallels drawn to lives of real people and/ or incidents are purely coincidental.

 continuity shall be maintained only through the persons characterised through the pages. the aforementioned may potentially be lacking when it comes to viewpoints on subjects, thoughts, and ideologies, since such is ever-evolving perspective, swinging from one side to the other in hopes of reaching greater heights of understanding.
