Your foot tapped anxiously on the cold, tile floor as your hands covered your face. You were so nervous you thought you were going to throw up. Nothing in your life had ever been so stressful and nerve racking. You even found yourself praying that what you were waiting for wasn't true. Surely it wasn't.
You swallowed back your fear and looked up, running your nervous hands through your {H/T} (hair type, curly, wavy, straight, etc.) hair. As you were staring blankly at the wall, your phone buzzed loudly on the floor. You reached down beside you and firmly grasped it. It had been three minutes. Your hands shook as you disabled the alarm. This was it. The moment you have been anxiously waiting for.
Standing on your feet, you shuffled slowly towards the counter. You smeared away sweat beads that had fallen down your temple as you stared in the clear bathroom mirror. You closed your eyes, breathed heavily, and retrieved the test laying intimidatingly by the sink. Holding the result in your hand, you slowly opened your eyes and stared at the device. Your heart stopped and your eyes widened. Slowly loosening your grasp, the pregnancy test fell to the ground. It was positive.
