Sam pov
Mom got a strange call during dinner. She seemed fine until it was time to leave. She suggested Niall drive me home because she had to talk to my dad, but what about? When niall pulled into my driveway, he opened the car door and walked me inside to say goodnight. He hugged me tightly, looked in my eyes and kissed me. God I love this boy. After he left, I could tell mom was still on edge.
"Mom is something wrong?"
"No honey everything's fine! Why would you think something's wrong?"
"The phone call during dinner"
"Sweety, it was just your grandmother. She forgot where she put her recipe books. You know how she is."
"That's grandma. Night mom"
Why was she lying? Grandma never forgets things like that. Ugh, whatever. I went up to my room to call Lauren. She's been my best friend since 1st grade and we tell each other everything.
"I dont know she's just acting really weird"
"Oh Sam, she's just worries that you're going to have a breakdown when niall leaves tomorrow"
Ugh I wish she didn't say that! Now I can't stop thinking about how I'm going to miss him
"Yeah I guess. Well ill see you tomorrow after I drop niall off at the airport" But I just couldn't sleep. Thoughts kept running though my head. Our first date, first kiss, his smile, just everything. This is going to be a long night.
Stacy pov
"Robert, I don't know what to do! Sam knows something is wrong but I can't tell her"
"Honey, everything will be fine. We moved here to hide from him. He will not find Sam" Robert gave me a reassuring smile
I couldn't help but think of the phone call I recieved during dinner. What if he finds us? What if Sam finds out the true?
"But this time he's actually out. I'm just afraid he might actually plan something. God knows what he tried planning years ago." I said on the verge of tears
"Sweetie, trust me he won't find us. We're safe. Now get some rest." He gave me a kiss then got into his side of the bed.
God I hope he's right...
