Chapter Fourteen

3 months later

It's been three months since Zayn died. Now Corissa is crawling. And tonight Niall and I are going out while his mum watching her for us.

"Baby dress nice." He smiled at me. I nodded and grabbed my pink lace dress and nude heels. I quickly curled my hair and did my makeup.

When I went downstairs Niall was in a suit.

"Well don't you look dashing." I said making him blush.

"Thank you but you look fantastic." He said pulling me into his chest and looking into my eyes.

"So what are the plans?"

"Well I got us a driver for the night and I was thinking dinner at a really nice place."

"You were thinking or you already made the reservations?" I giggled slowly placing my lips to his.

"Fine you caught me." He laughed and led me to the car.

"Oh my god this food is amazing!" I gasped.

"I know." Niall said clearing his throat standing up.

"Niall?" I asked him.

"May I please have everyone's attention! Tonight I've brought my amazing girlfriend and mother to our beautiful daughter here tonight for reasons unknown to her!" He turned back to me.

"Vanessa that first day when we met, that bump into was no accident. When I saw you walk through those doors I fell in love. Honestly if you weren't in my life I'd probably be doing this unimaginable. I'm so glad to have you in my life and I mean this." He pulled a small box out and got down on one knee.

"Oh my god Niall." I covered my face to hide my tears.

"Vanessa Shepard I love you with all my heart and always will love you. Will you do me the honor of making me the happiest man on that planet and allow me to your husband?"

"Yes!" I screamed and pulled him up off the floor and kissed him. Everyone around us clapped. I pulled away blushing.

"Maybe we should get a box." Niall winked at me and I blushed even more.

"I love you." I said pressing my lips to his aggressively.

"I love you." He said throwing his coat off to the side of the room. That was the most amazing night of my life.

I awoke to the door bell ringing. I realized I was still naked as was Niall. I grabbed his black tshirt and some shorts.

I quickly descended the stairs. I opened the door to find Niall's mum hold a very happy baby.

"Hi mamas girl!" I said taking Corissa for Niall's mum.

"Thank you again so much! It was a great night!" I said hugging her.

"Of course. May I see the ring?" I nodded and gave her my hand.

"It's beautiful! Niall refused to show me until it was on your finger." She laughed and I joined her.

"Hey mum." Niall groggy voice announced from the top of the steps.

"Good morning son. I was just dropping Corissa off. Well I'll leave the happy family to be. I'll see you later." She waved and left.

"Oh how I missed my baby girl so much!" Niall said taking her from my arms.

"I'm so happy we're gonna be an actual family." I smiled and looked at Niall and how good he was with her and after last night we might have another one. I hugged my stomach and smiled.

"Dada." I little voice spoke breaking me from my thoughts. My eyes widened as I looked at Niall bright smile.

"Oh my! She said her first word!" Niall squealed running over to me and hugging me.

We're just one small happy family for now.
