Shikamaru looked through the glass window to see someone sitting begind the front desk. The door was locked however and he tried to signal her to open it. She shook her head, declining his request and Shikamaru gave her a blank look. He turned toward Temari with a bit of annoyance and muttered,
"Well we could ask around for - "
The front door of the facility caved in due to a shockwave. An unknown strength to many in the Fire District called love. It hit the floor with shattered shards of glass hit the reflective floor, followed by an enraged mother walking toward the front desk. She carried a demented smile with a blade in hand. The lobbyist looked toward her with fright and scooted closer toward the table. Temari stopped her however and said in a cold voice,
"I know you have a security alarm built into the desk and all it needs is your touch to alarm every officer in a one mile radius to come here. Now I will as you this once, if you fail to answer or give me something I do not like. Your blood will be covering the desk and the floor faster than you have time to scream in pain. Now, where is the man who wears this necklace and where did he take a young boy. Who looks similar to him."
She motioned her head into Shikamaru's direction who was slowly tip toeing over the glass and waved to them with a look of ignorance and as he remarked,
"Y - Yeah, yeah making my way over there."
The woman behind the desk was frozen in fear. She stuttered for a moment as she tried to explain,
"T - That belongs to a man named - Hidan. I do not know his last name, b - but I did see him come through here during early evening. However, a kid - I ..."
She paused for a moment, eyeing Temari's blade then trailing up her arm toward her face and continued,
"I - I don't usually notice people that walk by! I'm so busy with things behind my desk I don't have time to - "
"Dammit'! None of you are fucking useful. What good are you for anyways - no one will miss you."
Temari started with a strong swing toward the woman and the woman let out a squeal in terror. The sharpened blade cut through follicles of her straightened hair with ease but came to a sudden halt a few moments before striking her Carotid Artery. A firm hand took ahold of her wrist stopping her sudden motion and his voice coldly told her,
"Temari, slow down. You're going a little fast."
Shikamaru turned toward the woman solemnly and spoke to her,
"Just - tell us where he went. That'll be enough."
"Wait you're - Mr. Nara's son! Sorry, H - he got aboard the elevator and probably went into our underground facility. Your father may be down there also."
Shikamaru nodded and pulled Temari back and told her,
"Let's go. We're done here - "
"Wait, you leave also. Before I change my mind about being so merciful."
Temari shouted toward the woman coldly and pointed toward the blade toward the door. The woman wasted no time in jumping up and running through the door and Temari walked toward the elevator and motioned it to go down. Both of them got aboard and started down to the lowest floor. Shikamaru looked toward Temari who carried a look of pure vexation and told her,
"You know we will need to find another way out. This building will probably be surrounded by officers in less than ten minutes."
"I know, I helped with the modeling of this building a few years back. Needed the money - there are two emergency underground exits. We'll use one of those."
