7: girlfriend

Joe's pov:
I woke up and decided to make breakfast, thinking it could impress Bella. I was day-dreaming of us two getting married and having children in a massive mansion . I stopped when my phone buzzed.
' hey Joe, wanna come round for a bday beer, bring kirsty If you like! ' read the text from Marcus. Of course it's his birthday how did I forget.I looked at my phone and realised that indeed it was the 18th of december. I need to ask bella if she wants to come with me.

Bellas pov:
I woke up to the smell of bacon "yumm!" I said sleepily trying to get up. Joe was making breakfast which was very cute of him. I think I'm falling for him badly.
" hey it's my friends marcuses birthday and he invited us over! "
" us? Or just you? " I smirk
" well he said to bring kirsty but since she's a bitch and my ex I thought I'd bring you."
" as a date?" I ask hopefully
" umm.. uh... well it's not really that romantic but sure!" He says embarrassed. Then I look at the clock and realise it's 12. Wow. Me and Joe ate breakfast then I headed home to get ready. Joe said he will pick me up at 2 so I better get started. I Start by jumping in the shower and then curl my hair. Not to brag but it was perfect. Then I got changed into a navy blouse with a black pencil skirt and brown boots. I did my makeup, but not too much, Concealer mascara and dark red lipstick. I was going to wear a choker but I thought it didn't really match the formal outfit. Joe knocked on the front door and when I opened it, I started to blush like crazy. In joes hands he had a big bouquet of red roses and a little card with his scruffy writing that said " your gorgeous Bella! " I didn't really know what to do so I got them out of his hands and ran to the kitchen to put them in a vase then ran back to Joe and kissed him. A million butterflies we're fluttering inside me as I felt that spark between me and Joe. It was meant to be. I pulled away slightly and he just cuddled me. After about 5 minutes of hugging we went in his car and started driving to marcuses.

Joe's pov:
She came back after she ran with the flowers and kissed me. It felt amazing and I really didn't want to back away. I wanted to stay like that forever. But she backed away and hugged me for around 5 minuted before jumping into the car. I really wanted to introduce her to everyone as my girlfriend though she wasn't. Yet.
" hey umm....yeah... I.. I..I.. well..do you Want to go out with me? " I finally muttered and Bella looked down at her bracelet fiddling with it. " of course Joe! " she beamed which made me smile from ear to ear. I was so lucky to have someone like Bella with me and I never wanted to let her go. Crap! I need to buy her a Christmas present now ! Well I was gonna buy her one anyway but now it needs to be better since she's my girlfriend. Girlfriend. I like that sound.
