In Feel Good Inc we can see when 2d is singing behind the window or what also could be bars, we hear him sing the words ''Windmill, windmill for the land turn forever hand in hand take it all in on your stride it is sticking, falling down love forever, love is free let's turn forever you and me windmill, windmill for the land is everybody in?'' And at this point in time Noodle is on the floating on an island. But the thing is when Noodle is passing by 2d is singing about love. So that could indicate that they could be involved romantically either that or it just happened to be a coincidence that it happened at more or less the same time but in my very own opinion it is highly unlikely. Another thing about this point is when Noodle starts to float out of sight 2d starts to look slightly sad because of the fact that she has floated away and may quite possibly not see her again, and if 2d wanted to be in a relationship with Noodle he may have realized that it may not happen and then walks away from the thought.
