Our Journey (One shot)

Hi, I'm Kasper. No not the ghost. I'm 9 months pregnant with the child of Mathew. You see Mathew doesn't even know I'm pregnant, because I never told him. It happened at a party one night and we both had a bit to much to drink. 9 months later, here I am.

I'm in class right now not even paying any attention to the teacher as she speaks. I'm sitting in the back of the room. I fell a sharp pain in my stomach and gasp quietly. I raise my hand. "Yes?" The teacher asked.

"Can I go to the washroom?" I asked

"Make it quick," she states. I nod and get up. I walk to the bathroom and gasp when another pain hits. A warm clear liquid runs down my leg. Well that's just great, my water broke. I scream in pain when another contraction hits.

I can feel the baby between my legs, I swear. It's the weirdest feeling. I look down at my stomach and notice that my bump has lowered. I sit on the toliet in one of the stalls. I hear the door open and put my hand on my mouth.

"Hello? I heard screaming, are you ok?" A familiar voice asked. I groan in pain when a contraction hits.

"M'fine," I mumble

"Kasper?" The voice asked

"Yea," I answer

"It's Mathew," he said. I open the door and am met with Mathew who has a worried look on his face. "You don't look so good," he said

"No shit shurlock," I said. I squeeze my eyes shut when a contraction hits.

"You ok?" He asked

"No I'm not! I'm at school sitting in a fucking stall about to give fucking birth! Of course I'm not ok!" I yelled

"Wait what? I didn't even know you were pregnant," he said

"Nobody knows, except you now," I said "Surprise daddy,"

"Daddy? It's mine?" He asked

"Remember that party at Darron's house?" I asked. He nodded "We had sex that night, I woke up naked beside you and left. You probably don't even remember,"

"Oh," he said. I screamed when a contraction hit lasting longer than the last.

"I need to push, now!" I yelled. I pull off my pants and sit on the floor in the corner. I open my legs and mentally prepare myself.

"I'll help, I'm studying to be a doctor anyway mine aswell get some practice," he said. He got between my legs "Next contraction push with your chin on your chest, ok?" He said. I nodded. A contraction hit and I pushed with a loud scream. He counts to ten and I stop. "I see the head," he said. I pushed again and felt a relieve flush through my body. "Heads out," he said. I push again and my vision becames blurred. "One more!" He cheered. I push once more and lay back onto the floor. I hear an ear pircing cry and relax. "A girl!" He yelled

"My baby girl," I said lazily

"Kasper? Stay awake Kasper," he said. "You need to stay awake, ok? You lost alot of blood,"

"Pass me her, please," I said. He handed me her and I cooed at her adorableness.

"I'll cal an ambulance," he said and pulled out his phone. "Hi I need an ambulance at ******** high school... thank you," he said into the phone. "They're on their way," he told me

"Thank you," I said

"For what?"

"Delievering our baby girl," I said

Now I'm laying down on a hospital bed waiting for the doctors to finish with Lisa. I named her Lisa Mathew Lush, after Mathew. Lush is his last name. 

The doctor walks in with Lisa and hands her to me. I thanked him and he leaves. The door opens and my mum walks in. "Oh hunny!" She said

"Hi mum," I said

"Have you chosen a family for the baby?" She asked. You see my mum wanted me to put Lisa up for adoption, even gave me a few families to chose from. I agreed but now I changed my mind.

"I'm not putting her up for adoption," I said

"We agreed it would be better for your education, Kaper," she said

"Well I want to keep her, ok?"

"I will not have my son throwing his life away because of a baby. Put her up for adoption or move out," she said

"Your kicking me out because I want to keep my baby? What kind of mother does that?" I asked

"Have a nice life than, your stuff will be in the garage. Pick it up when your out," she said and left. I began to cry and I held Lisa tightly. The door opened and Mathew walked in.

"Hey," he said

"Hey," I said wiping my eyes

"I heard your mum," he said and I stayed silent, "You could move in with me if you two need a place to stay," he said

"Thanks," I said. The door opened again and a lady with brounette hair walked in.

"You must be Kasper!" She cheered "I heard what happened. I don't think I would have beeen able to give birth at school I mean that's crazy!" She excalmed

"Well when you have a very nice doctor in training helping you give birth it's easier," I said and smiled at Mathew

"Kaspers mum kicked him out because he wanted to keep the baby, can he stay with us?" He asked

"Sure hunny, easier to get to know my granddaughter anyway," She said

"Thank you so much," I said

"No problem," she said "I gotta go back to work I'll see you two at home," than she left me and Mathew alone

"Come here," I said. He came closer to my bed and I grabbed his neck with my free hand and held Lisa with the other, and kissed him. After a while Lisa made a cute complaining noise and we pulled apart.

"Did not expect that," he said

The next morning I was released from the hospital and Mathew drove us to my house and grabbed my things. Than we drove to his house.

When we got there Mathew insisted on carrying my things into the house and put them into his room, as I carried Lisa.

I put her on the bed and gasped. "I don't have anything for her! I was suspose to give her up for adoption!" I said

"Than I guess I didn't miss out on any babying shopping," Mathew said

"I love you," I said and went wide eyed when I realized what I just said

"I love you too," he said and I sighed in relieve. I walked up to him and kissed him on the lips. We pulled apart when Lisa made a cute complaining noise again. We both chuckled at her adorablenss. I don't think my life could get any better than this. I have a baby, a loving boyfriend/baby daddy and a family who accepts my decision on keeping Lisa. I couldn't be happier.
