A Piece Of My Heart:)

A part of me:)

I look up..to see Diya juggling with her files..waiting for me to open the door..she settles down with a thud..
(Meet Diya my best friend..she is crazy,cool,loving..and knows me very well)
I look at her..with her denim skirt and formal T-shirt and her cute dimple..she made guys easily fall for her..she notices me looking at her..
"Kya huwa be..siddo..kya mein aaj ithni achi dikh rahi hoon ki tuu.. mujhe yaise dekh raha?"
winking at me..
I pull out a P-face..playfully hitting her head..we reach our office..
I join my team that is busy deciding about our business visit.. "Ohoo..look who is here"
mocked Roshan..I give him a stern look accompanied with a Hi-fi..and we all settle down..thinking about different options for our business trip..
We decided to go back home and meet at the airport..it was going to be a five day trip to southern India..
We all get comfortably seated in the flight..and the flight takes of towards our destination..I rest my head back and instantly fall asleep..

"Hey beautiful" I call her up in the evening after a long tiring day in the office..
"Hey my handsome" she would reply from the other end..
Just the sense of her voice reaching me from my phone would melt my heart..I stand speechless for a while allowing her voice to drive away all the stress..
"Sid now tell me when are you going to meet me?? Its been a month since you havent met me..
And what about your plans to get shifted here??" She questions me taking advantage of my silence..
"Sorry sweet heart..I am really busy this weekend..we will surely meet in case my plans change"
I knew this would upset her but I couldn't help but bring tears to her beautiful eyes..I cursed myself for doing so..it felt so bad to listen to her sobs over the phone..her voice had become squeaky..
"Mein phone rakh rahi hoon Siddharth..will talk to you later"
I tried calling her a hundered types and all the times another lady picked up letting me know that her phone was switched off..
I didnt sleep the whole night..
I knew she didnt too:)"
