This is going to sound really strange, but take a tube of white tooth paste. The tooth paste must be white because it is easier to hide than green, or blue, or red. Squirt the tooth paste on to the bridge of your nose and smooth out the edges. Make sure you avoid contact with eyes. After you have smoothed out the edges use the non-bristle end of a small paintbrush to take out the middle of the cut.
