Garroth's POV

Aphmau brushed her hair and changed into a new outfit. She didn't look anything like a princess anymore. She looked over at me "How do I look?" She asked. "W-Wonderful my lady" I stared at her.

She had black shorts with a black belt and a purple everyday shirt. She looked..beautiful. "Well lets go then Garroth." She opened the door to our room and walked out. I followed close behind.

Aphmau's POV

I walked out of the room. Garroth followed close behind me. I went to the front desk of the Inn. "We'll be out for a while" I smiled at the Inn Keeper. "Ok Ma'am" He took a quick look up at me and looked back down at his work.

I walked outside. The smell of freshly baked honey buns filled the air. I took a look around. Ah. The library! I started towards it. When we got inside I looked around.

There was many books and a few people. The librarian looked worn out and bored. I walked up to the desk. " Are there any books on Irene?" I stared at the librarian. "No. Sorry. None of those." She didn't even bother to look up from her book.

I got angry because of that. I politely walked out of the library. "Well that was a bust." I stared it the ground. "She seemed to not be at all interested in helping you." Garroth said sounding kinda bummed. "It's OK. I think that I just want to goooooo too-" I quickly looked around. "The Horse stables!" I looked at Garroth. "I'll race ya there!" I said as I quickly turned around and started running.

Garroth ran behind me. He was trying to catch up with me. When we finally got to the horse stables I was out of breath. I sat on a crate. I could tell that Garroth was over heated and tired. For some reason he didn't take off his helmet to get some air.

I watched him as he walked up to the guy that owned the horses. They talked for a little bit and Garroth handed him some money. He came back over to me. "Go pick out your horse" He said still sounding worn out and over heated. "Garroth are you o-" I was quickly cut off by him. "Ya..i'm fine" He breaths heavily. I gave him a worried look and walked to the stables. I should have never raced him! What was I thinking! He's in armor so its hard to run.

I looked at each horse. "Hmmmmm....I pick this one." I pointed at a white horse. Garroth took the horse out of the stables. "I'll name her Butter Cream" I smiled. Garroth seemed to have calmed down and stopped breathing heavily.

He picked out a brown Horse he named Stallion. We walked out of the stables with our horses. "Garroth?" I looked over at him. "What?" Garroth looked back at me. " Why can't we ride our horses now" I said with a questioning look. "because we want to save up all of their energy and strength for the trip to the Far Lands." He looked back at the road. "Whats the Far Lands and why do we have to go there" I asked

"The Far Lands are the outside lands from any other towns. We have to go there because it will be the safest place to hide from Zane." He looked back at me. "OK" I tied my horse to the outside of the Inn. Garroth did the same and walked inside. He walked up to the Inn Keepers desk and was talking for a while.

He came back out to me. "We have guards watching our horses now." He said formally. He seemed worn out. "Garroth are you feeling OK?" I looked at him kinda worried for him. " To be honest I do feel kinda sick.." He looked at the ground. "Garroth I'm giving you the day off go upstairs and take a rest. "But lady Aphmau I have to pro-" I quickly cut him off. "No you don't! I can protect myself! You seem sick and tired. You need a break." I stared at him with a serious face. He gave in "OK Fine. But be careful." He handed me some money and went inside the Inn. I looked around." OK I will go to the Juice Bar" I walked to the Juice Bar and sat at the front table.

I asked the barber what drinks he had. He gave me a piece of paper with the drinks written in ink on it. I saw a man with brown hair and brown eyes walk up to the barber, talked to him and handed him a bag of money. The barber put away the money and walked up to me. "Ya ready to order" he stared at me. "Ya can I have an Orange~Smoothie" I smiled at him. "Coming up!" He went to go make it. I had the strange urge to look behind me, so I did. All I saw was that guy from before sitting with a light blue haired woman talking to her.

I shrugged it off but I kept wanting to keep my eye on them for some reason. Was it those Irene powers hinting me on....No. I'm sure its just me being protective or something...Right? "Here ya go" The bartender handed me the Smoothie. "Thanks" I took a sip of the smoothie. I looked back over at the two. "Hmm..." I thought as I took another sip of my smoothie." Can you tell me who those two people over there are" I asked looking at my now half full smoothie. "Nah. Those are just some rich folks." He gave me held out his hand. I handed him some money for the smoothie and took another sip from my almost empty smoothie. "Wow I can't believe i'm racking up so much money today!" He said happily. I smiled and drank the last of my smoothie.

I started to get a little dizzy. I put my hand to my forehead. My eye lids felt heavy. I yawned a little. "I'm sorry sir. I'm just a little tired or-" I fell out of my chair and the last thing I heard was the Barkeeper say " Wow! That potion took awhile to kick in."
