I woke up by the sound of my alarm clock. "Kendall, time to get up!" Mom calls me down the stairs. "Okay I'm coming."
I bolted downstairs to the kitchen as I ate my breakfast.
"So your father and I have been talking. And we decided to go on a vacation to California."
I spit out my drink and nearly almost chocked. "No way really?"
"Yeah your father has a business meeting over there and wants to get stuff done."
"Thank you mommy daddy." This is great now I can see my friend Ashley Martin in California for the summer and with her family.
