It's been a few months since dads passing, mom is still a wreak and I'm trying to keep together with Brooke. Brooke has been my best friend since we were little but now I'm kinda ready to leave, she's been so hurtful lately shutting me out of everything. That's why today I am leaving for the USA, mum says that it will be a better fit, new friends and new people. I don't have anything that I'm going to completely miss in England, I will visit every so often but I need something new. Los Angeles sounds exciting and that's where lots of stars in America live, I have heard. YouTube is my second life so that's what I will probably be doing in the U.S, vlogging or trying to make sense of myself while I'm there.
"Darling have you got everything you need?" My mum asks while she helps me get in the airport,
"Yes mum I think I do." I say back and keep walking until I get to the terminal.
"Here we are darling! A new start for you." she says and smiles
I smile back and hug my mum and kiss her goodbye, then I recognize a familiar face
"Oh my god is that Brooke?" I exclaim and run towards her
"My goodness thank god I didn't miss you before you left." She says and brings me into a tight hug. We say our goodbyes and promise to text each other and meet up again when Brooke comes in March.
-OVERCOME-
FLIGHT 228 TO LOS ANGLES DEPARTING IN 15 MIN PLEASE STAND IN YOUR CLASS.
I go off to the line and stand between a girl who looks about 13 and a women who looks about 60. The girl bites her nails and scrambles with her ticket and her phone,
"Hello ma'am this might be awkward but may I sit with you, I'm kinda alone I'm going to see my aunt you see-" she says in a fast worried scramble
"Sure! I'm Khloe I'm 19 how old are you?" I ask
"I'm Ella and I'm 12." She says in a whisper as we board with the plane.
I nod at Ella and we sit in our seats I put on my headphones not really wanted to socialize and fall asleep
HELLO BOARDERS WE ARE LANDING IN CALIFORNIA PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR DEVICES CLOSE YOUR SEAT LIDS AND PREPARE FOR A SAFE LANDING!
I wake up and sigh, Ella is bouncing on her seat and has a bright smile on her face while she's almost about to jump out of her seat. I grin and we board off the plane, once we get our bags Ella races off to her aunt and they are bonded in a tight hug while I'm calling a uber. I wait until the uber pulls up and I get in quickly keeping my things with me for safety. The driver doesn't say anything but where to drop me off and when I arrive to my new house I am stunned of what mom paid for. It is a bright medium sized house with a beautiful entry way and a big yard, maybe I should get a dog? I quickly get my things and rush inside. I look around at the beautifuly designed wallpaper and sighed. It was a nice bright sunny day so I decided to change and go on a walk. I put on my Nike pro shorts with a shirt and get my roshes from my bag. I tie up my blonde hair and run outside, I run until I take a break and sit down on the pavement. This must be very weird but it's not like I'm trying to be best friends with the neighbors. I look up and see two boys walking towards there car with a film and a camera. I quickly get up and grab my water bottle,
"Hey, look." The boy getting into the car said as he pointed to me
I started jogging again and the boy caught up to me and turned me around,
"Hey I'm Kian, sorry if I scared you." He said and grinned
I smiled back and looked at him, brown hair about 6'0 and looked really funny. He made a really weird face then started crab walking back.
"Wait!" I called out while laughing and he turned around and gave me back my phone, I didn't even know that he took it! I snatched it back and found his number in my phone. He winked then hopped into the car with his friend and drove away, waving all the way. I grinned and kept running debating if I should text him. Maybe I should, this could be a chance Khloe, I thought to myself.
