WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME?!

chapter 8: mates

I quickly took my hand away and said, "ok, that was wierd."

Brody said, "yeah..." i saw the look on his face and he looked kind of upset.

I said, "what's wrong?"

"the sparks that we felt aren't wierd, theirs and explanation for them."

"and what's that?"

"we are mates.:"

"what the hell is a mate."

Brody just sighes and said, "ask your parents, they will explain everything to you."

i said, "ok." i smiled at Brody. he finally smiled back at me.

When we got to a door he said, "well here we are...so where do you want your suitcases?"

I said, "umm...i guess right over there in front of my dresser."

Brdo said, "ight, after i put these down i'll take you to your mom and she will explain everything about werewolves to you." he put the suitcases down and said, "alright, lets go."

I said, "ok."

About 5 minutes later me and Brody found my mom in the living room and the living room is huge. Brody said, "hey luna, Farrah has a few questions about werewolves."

I looked at my mom and said, "well really it's only one question."

My mom said, "well what is it honey?"

"what's a mate?"

"well that's an odd question but i'll answer it. a mate is...everything. it's someone that you get very protective over. a mate is the only person that you will ever truely love. when you meet them it feels like you are the only 2 people in the world and nothing else matters but that person. when you touch them for the first time you instantly feel sparks and you instantly know that you were ment to be with that one person."

"so that's a mate?"

"yes."

"oh ok."

"why did you ask?"

Brody spoke up and said, "i think me and your daughter are mates."
