Kris' World has been a piece I've been working on for five years. To me, this world is practically as real as ours, and it is so special, I have to make it perfect. When people ask me what the story is about, it is really hard for me to give a condensed paragraph of what to expect before reading. But, I can tell you that Kris' World emphasizes the importance and the power behind the bond of sisters. I have two sisters myself, so this may be part of the reason this story is so close to me. The main character Kris, is the older sibling (like me) and through out the story, you learn that Kris is very protective of her sister, which is true for me too. So, behind the fantasy, at it's core, Kris' World is really about the power of that unique sibling bond. I think, no matter how old, one can enjoy this novel. However, there are some parts (chapter one in particular) that may not be the best for little ears. Hopefully, this book will leave you with ultimately a warm feeling inside. It's hard to fully express this piece's content or what a particular reader may get from it. I guess the only way for you to find out is to read it yourself.
