• Chapter 1 •

• Aphmau's POV •

Another walker sighted at the wall. More people in danger.

I sigh, the walker sightings are unmistakeable...

The worlds are slowly linking... This is bad. Really bad.

I might even have to risk my secret in order to fix it.

There's no choice. I have to jump worlds.

• Laurence's POV •

I was patrolling the town, watching for those 'walkers' and any intruders or suspicious behaviour.

I walked the steps up to Aphmau's house.

Wait... Why is her light still on?

I should check up on her.

• Aphmau's POV •

I was about to go find my old uniform from the Crafting Dead dimension.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

Huh? Who could be knocking on my door at this hour?

I walk down the stairs quickly, seeing Laurence from window.

I open the door.

"Hey Aph! I was wondering why your up so late. Your gonna be really tired tomorrow ya know." Laurence explained.

"Oh um, uh..." Come up with an excuse Aphmau! Come on! Quick!

"Oh I was uh... Reading! Yeah! Reading!" I say excitedly.

"Reading? At 2pm?" Laurence asks.

"Yes! I got really into this book I found and I can't put it down!" I reply.

"Uh huh.... Ok then, I'll leave you to your 'book'. I need to go patrol the rest of town." He says, waving goodbye and leaving.

I close the door.

That was waaaaaayy too close.

I really need to be more careful.....

Ok then, now what was I up to?

Oh right I was about to go get my uniform for the Crafting Dead dimension.

I run down to my basement. Quietly looking for my uniform as to not disturb Zoey or Levin and Malicai.

Ah. Here it is!

I grab the suit, walking back up to my room, and slipping it on.

Now to open the portal.

I needed a space to open it without others seeing it from town...

I guess the woods will have to do.

I make sure to bring my sword in case I run into a walker or two.

Time skip

Ok.. I'm far away enough from town.

Surprisingly I didn't see many walkers. Strange...

I sighed softly, then inhaling deeply. I concentrated on opening the portal.

I felt a surge of power, then heard a soft sound mixed with rushing water and roughly blowing winds as the portal opened.

I was about to step inside but before I could, a man jumped through from the other side.

Sky?

I watched as other men jumped through.

Jin, Nick, Ghetto, Ak, Shark, Barney.

That's everyone I think.

"Where are we?" Nick asks.

"I don't know but keep an eye out. I don't like the looks of this place." Ghetto replies.

"We should look around." Aka suggests.

Why did I hide in a bush. They know me. Silly Aphmau, go say hi!

"That a g-" Shark begins to say but is cut off as I escape from the bush.

"Jess?!" They all say in unison.

Sky and Barney almost immediately rush me, trapping me in a hug.

I felt a hot tear escape my eye, I felt a mixed feeling of happiness and safety.

"Jess! Me and Goat been lookings for you! Where has you been?" Barney asks, both him and Sky releasing me from the hug.

"Well. Here?" I answer. Gesturing with my arms spread like wings to the environment around me.

"Here?" Jin asks.

"Well not here specifically, there's a village nearby that I run!" I explain.

"Really? That's pretty impressive." Nick remarks.

"Yeah, your not pulling our legs here are you?" Ghetto asks.

"Of course not!" I say a little offended.

"Let's just get to your village. As far as we know there's walkers around." Sky says.

"Alright. Follow me!" I say excitedly.

I was inspired to do this fanfic by curiosity, determination, and the thought of this happening. I wondered how things would go down if this happened so I put my creative mind to work!
Also this is before season 2 cause I can't bare to see Garroth turn evil again....
Anyways. I'd love feedback since this is the first fanfic I've published.
