"Have you noticed anything weird about how the boss is treating the prisoner?"
"What do you mean?"
"Like... We've had this guy strapped up to a table for a couple months now and the boss hasn't done anything to him yet. Instead of torturing him he just... talks to him."
"Well the boss has been trying to get this guy for a really long time. After a huge amount of failure he's finally won. Boss is probably just basking in glory."
"True but it just seems... Boss just seems lonely I guess."
The two men stared solemnly at the floor. The man opened his mouth to respond, to say what he didn't know, but he was stopped by the sound of large boots hitting the floor. Everyone quickly snaps to attention as a figure clad in black sweeps by, a figure that demands respect and fear. And respect and fear is what he received.
The man's name was Bokuto Koutarou, an evil mastermind that plagues the governments of the world with fear of world domination. Known in the underground for his brilliant inventions, Bokuto was easily one of the most influential people in the world. The number of his achievements were large in size but they were dwarfed compared to his number of failures.
The reason behind his failures?
The man's name was Akaashi Keiji, the international spy that puts the fear of world domination to rest. Known in the MI5 for his amazing abilities to stop any threat, Akaashi was easily one of the most influential people in the world. His achievements were numerous and he hadn't lost once. He always, without fail, blew up Bokuto's latest invention or killed his new evil army. And each and every time he got away scott free.
Except for this time.
The international spy was on a steel table sleeping in the same clothes he was wearing when Bokuto had finally caught him. The spy wore a white tux shirt with black dress pants. His black bowtie was slightly askew from the action that happened months before hand. Bokuto quietly brought up a chair next to the sleeping spy. He sat in it backwards and faced the spy. He set his arm on the back of the chair and rested his face on his knuckles. Akaashi was snoring slightly and Bokuto smiled at the idiocy the spy had. There he was sleeping and snoring soundly when above him there was a death ray that would separate his atoms with a simple press of a button.
He eventually got bored and stood up. He walked over to Akaashi and crouched down. He gently blew on Akaashi's face.
The spy quickly woke up and expected to find his luxurious bedroom, but instead he came face to face to his arch nemesis. He tried to move, but his arms and legs were tied to a table. Having just woke up, he had forgotten that he had been captured. Fear began to seep through his veins and it was evident on his face. The man in front of him smiled gleefully. His single eye crinkled up. The other one was behind a golden eye patch, a memento from Akaashi when Bokuto didn't get away from an explosion until it was too late. Bokuto stepped back and set his hand upon his hips which were loosely adorned with a golden belt. Everything else the evil doer wore was tight and black.
"Ohohoho, is my little mouse finally awake?" Bokuto's golden canine shone as he smiles eerily.
Akaashi scowled at the comparison between him and a small animal of prey, but he did not say anything because he knew that was what Bokuto wanted.
"Not going going to talk huh? Well, that's alright. You'll speak soon enough. Especially when you're begging for mercy," Bokuto sneered.
Akaashi's eye twitched. "Never," he croaked out, his throat dry after a couple days of no water.
Bokuto's eyes gleamed. His resolve was set in stone again. His urge to kill this man was undeniable. The burning lights in the man's dark eyes challenged him to snuff them out.
