Prologue

Ellie's P.O.V
"Ugh. Fuck all these clickers!" "Yeah, tell me about it. I can't believe they ambushed us." We were planning to go to this building. We found a map that leads us to this building, that we're going to. I guess the person that owned the place, was friends with the person that owns the building, that we're going to. We had to go through this tunnel to get there, and now we're getting chased by clickers. A.K.A ANNOYING FUCKERS! We were planning to go there, because on the map, it looked like a good place to raid, or stay in, and be safe from these FUCKERS. Well, that's what we hope. We're traviling everywhere, at this point. We weren't sprinting, because after like 1 minute of sprinting, we got too tired of sprinting. So we just ran. Also the ceiling was falling apart, like this place was gonna go down. Like small, and big pieces of ceiling were falling onto the ground. I was faster, so I was in front of Joel. We spotted the exit. Right when we were gonna run up, it sounded like rubble was gonna fall down. Then, Joel pushed me, and rubble came down, and separated us. "Joel!" "Don't worry, I'm okay. Go, I will find another way." I was about to cry. I really don't like being alone. I'm actually afraid being alone. Everyone that has took care of me, has either left me, or died. And after all I've been through with Joel. Will all be for nothing, if he dies. "Don't worry about me baby girl. I'll be fine. Now go to that building that we were planning to go to. "But I have the map." I said. "It's okay, I copied the map on a piece of paper I found there. NOW, GO! " He said, while I heard him throwing Molotovs. "AH SHIT!" He yelled. "JOEL, JOEL!" I got no answer. Then I just, ran. Now I have to find another way to that building now. I sighed. "Fuck."
