"Hey!" Someone called out from behind me.

Liam and Harry appeared behind me and Niall stepped one step closer to put his arm around me. Harry's my best friend. We've been friends since we were young, and he's always been there for me. 

We were walking to Niall's house, and Louis was already there with Vi. It was all a get together, with games and nice food. We all had our jobs and since today was a snow day, we all decided to plan a small party, to see how everyone was. My job was a pharmacist and I absolutely loved it. Liam sometimes visited me in the store if I was there, and we always had nice conversations about life and I always left work smiling because of him. Now that I think about it, Liam and I were also very close.

Liam, Harry and I arrived at Niall's house and I rung the doorbell. 

"Hey guys!" Louis welcomed with a smile. 

We all stepped in and put our jackets on the racks and Niall and Vi were on the couch playing video games.

"NIALL! WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK, YOU LITERALLY DID THAT ON PURPOSE!" Vi screamed.

"It's not my fault you picked Mario Kart," Niall laughed.

Niall turned to us and smiled, while Vi threw popcorn at me.

"Come on guys! Let's play Apples to Apples," Louis motioned all of us to the big carpet.

"YES, I LOVE THAT GAME, I'M GOING TO BEAT YOU GUYS," Harry shouted.

I laughed and shook my head, while I joined the group.

Liam brought pretzels and candy and sat beside me in the circle.

"Can I talk to you later, privately?" He whispered in my ear.

"Yeah sure!" I replied.

We played a few rounds, before Liam excused himself and nodded to the bathroom while he glanced at me.

I got the signal and told the group that I needed some water and quietly followed Liam.

We now stood in front of each other, and he looked down and took my hand. 

"Okay, I'm really nervous, but I really like you. Like more than just as a friend. You make my heart flutter and I can't stop thinking about you. Whenever you smile, my heart gets warm and I really want to be around you 24/7," He squeezed my hand.

I blushed and took his other hand and felt his warmth in my hands.

"That was really cute, don't be nervous." I smiled, to ensure him.

Inside I was feeling flushed and I heard my heartbeat quicken.

"Really? I was worried you would freak out." 

"Nope." I laughed.

And I kissed him.
