-Jasmine's P.O.V.-
"Stop picking on him!!" I demanded of the bullies. Poor Marcel. Everyday, someone would bully him. It's so saddening. What did he ever do to deserve this? He's a fucking person for crying out loud! I watched as he ran down the hall, a tear falling from his eye.
"What the hell was that for? Was it really necessary to make him cry?!?! He's just trying to get through highschool like the rest of us! Ugh, you guys are complete dicks!" I told the jocks.
"C'mon, babe. You know you liked it." One of the jocks winked at me.
"Grow up." I said.
*Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiing!*
Well, I better head to class. I hope Marcel's okay... Those guys were pretty rough. Maybe I'll see him in class.
~First Hour~
No Marcel
~Lunch~
No Marcel
~Sixth Hour~
Still no Marcel...
He probably went home for the day...
*Later that day*
Feeling bad, I decided I would go over to Marcel's house to see if he was alright. We live in a small town right outside of the city, so everyone knew where everyone lived. I walked to his front door and rang the doorbell. His mother answered.
"Hi, is Marcel home? I, uhm, need to drop off his homework.." I made up.
"Oh, no he's not in at the moment. Would you like me to take it for him?" she asked.
"Oh, uhm, no thanks. Do you know where he could be?" I questioned.
"He said he was going to the city and would be gone for a while. He needed to do a few errands." She informed me.
"Okay, thanks! Have a good day!" I said.
"You too, dear," she said, smiling while closing the door.
Well, shit. He's in the city which means he could be anywhere... I guess it wouldn't hurt if I drove around for a bit. Maybe I'd run into him? Ehh, it doesn't matter. I have some errands I need to do anyways.
*About 9 o'clock*
I've been doing errands forever! Ugh, I didn't expect it to take this long, and it's pretty dark out. Just my luck... Well, good thing I only have one more thing to do!
I pulled over on the side of the road and walked into an alleyway. There's this amazing all-natural shop right down this way, and I really need to buy some more herbal shampoo along with my favorite tea. I drink it every morning and ran out today!
Just as I was about to walk into the shop, I saw a figure move in the shadows. It was a man, and his silhouette looked oddly familiar...
"Hello?" I asked. "Who's there?"
The figure stepped forward. He looked so strangely familiar, but I couldn't wrap my head around it..
His hair was styled into a quiff and he had on black skinnies with a white v-neck t-shirt. You could see tattoos all along his chest. He was hot, and had trouble written ALL over him. I knew him from somewhere... but where? Where have I seen him before?
Then it all came to me in one giant rush.
School.
Bullies.
Running away.
I couldn't believe the figure standing in front of me was...
"MARCEL?!?!?"
