  School is closing in a few days yaaay!

December break is in a few days and winter ball is coming up but I don't know why I am getting so excited because the one who I want to ask me out hasn't yet. 

I am not going to enjoy my holiday after anyways because I'm going to my mom and step-father's house

Oh what fun!

Note the sarcasm.

I am not going to see my best friends and that one special persons who makes me feel butterflies when I am in his presence.

I flushed him out out of my mind and headed to the shower to get ready for school. I got ready and hopped in my car and headed to school.

I arrived to school and walked to my locker when a stopped dead in my tracks

"Kalique asked me to winter ball awhile ago and I said yes..." Jessica screeched excitingly

"Really?  That's amazing! " her entourage yelled.

" yes he did.... he. "
I didn't bother to hear I ran straight to the restroom and belt out all my emotions in the form of tears.

How could he?

I thought we actually had something..

I adjusted myself and went to my classes.

Every class I had today Kalique was in it and every time he tried to call to me I would just hold down my head or keep my focus on something else

I don't need a player in my life...

School session came to an end and I tried to walk hastily to my car but unfortunately that familiar strong hands took a hold of mine.

"Bubbles. I've been trying to get your attention all day." he said with worried look in his eyes he is such a good actor

I flung my hands out of his grip

"Don't you dare call me that name again. Why do you matter if I avoid?  I don't need a player in my life get it?! " I yelled and stomped off.

Kalique

I was dumbfounded
Why did bubbles say those things?

Then my questions was answered

As I walked silently to my car I heard familiar voices. I tried to make out what they were saying.

" she totally bought that "Kalique asked me to the winter ball" Our plan totally worked I could see it on Sequin's face now she will know not to mess around with my Kal. " Jessica said cunningly

I mean angry was just an understatement of how i felt right now.

I sped off in my car furiously. I tried calling bubbles phone and for the hundredth time she didn't answer until she turned it off.

Urgh

I was so frustrated

Winter ball is today I plan on staying home because the girl I actually wanted to go with doesn't speak to me at all.

After today I will be so busy in the winter break maybe I can get my mind off her.

"Hillary , do I really have to?" I whined.

"Yes Cece, your mom request your presence at her house." she said firmly

"Uuggh!." I groaned, "Its such a burden."

Hillary packed my bags and placed it in the trunk of her mustang.

"Let's go hun!" She yelled over to me.

I stood at the door not wanting to move I drag my foot to the car and got in.

Time flew by quickly and we finally reached and drove in.

Hillary spoke to my mom and they were there discussing my performance in school and stuff, while I was there texting Daisy .

Hillary kissed me goodbye
"be nice. " she said and got in her car.

" hey sweetie pie so nice to see you. " mom said excitedly

" hi mom." I said boringly

I got settled in, my room which was right beside mom and David's my stepdad room.

We weren't rich but we could afford what we needed in life, we were more middle class.

Time flew by with me just watching tv and eating a bag of cheerios.

I had winter camp in two days so i needed to get enough rest.  I switched off the tv and went to bed.

Camp time finally arrived and mom packed my traveling bag with everything I will be needing

Upon arrival our guide showed us the settings of the camp and where we will be sleeping

The boys sleep in separate rooms from the girls. 

I picked a bed and got settled in.

"Wake up! Wake up! let's go! Let's go! Let's go!" my guide yelled.

Damn can't a girl get her beauty sleep. Annoyed I got up brushed my teeth, washed my face and got ready in my sports outfit and plugged in my ear buds listening to some classic music.

Ok recruits today our own Mr. Higgins will be leading training. I didn't hear what my guide said because I was busy listening music and texting my friends,

But then I heard all the girls started to gush.

When I looked up to where my guide was standing, Kalique and I eyes made contact and we stood frozen.
