Chapter 10

*Previously on Perfect Love*

Yn P.O.V

News Reporter: We have just received breaking news. Two women have been arrested for attempting to rob a bank. When the police talked to them, they said that they was trying to travel to Brazil. They refused to tell the police why. They are now facing charges and may spend the rest of their lives in prison. We will have an update on this case in at 10 tonight. I'm Felicia Franklin on channel 77.

I stood there shocked. I was glad that they got caught. I honestly thought that was a thing stupid for them to do that. Devin seemed relieved.

Tyga: Well you both should know that, we are heading back in the morning. *Walked out the door.*

Me: Well we don't have to worry about that anymore.

Devin: Let's stay here baby.

Me: What do you mean?

Devin: Let's stay here and get married.

*Continue*

(Still in Y/n P.O.V)

Devin: So what do you say? Would you be willing to stay here with me?

Me: Yes I will stay with you, but I think we need to spend more time before we get married.

Devin: Would you say yes if I asked?

Me: Yes

*Amayah came in*

Amayah: Hey can I talk to you Yn?

Me: Of course.

I could tell that she was very upset. She left the room and I looked at Devin.

Devin: I want to take you out tonight. Be ready around 7 okay?

Me: Okay. I promise we can finish talking about this.

I went in Amayah's and I seen tears in her eyes. She stared at the wall. I sat right next to her.

Me: What's wrong ma?

Amayah: I just got a a lot on my mind. I have something I need to tell you.

Me: What is it?

Amayah: I'm pregnant. *Cries hard*

Me: Have you told Kevin?

Amayah: I only told you. What am I going to do?

Me: Take a deep breath. You don't want to hurt baby.

Amayah: I know, bu- (gco)

Me: No buts.

Amayah: I don't think I can tell him. Will you be there with me?

Me: Of course. Go get him.

Amayah let shaking hard. I could tell she was nervous. She is a preacher's kid. I know this has got to be hard for her. I took a deep breath and try to figure out how to tell him. Before I could come up with idea, I heard Devin arguing with Traci. I ran downstairs and I saw everyone arguing. Amayah was trying to get Kevin's attention, but he was trying to break up the argument. Daniel was mad at Devin. I was so confused till Amayah started yelling.

Amayah: SHUTUP! Kevin I need to talk to you.

Kevin: What's wrong? You look nervous baby.

Amayah: We have to talk. In private. Come on Yn.

Daniel: Why can't we know? And why is Yn coming?

Amayah: You can't know. Not right now.

Daniel: So Yn can hear this. What is so important, that we can't know about?

Amayah: BECAUSE I'M PREGNANT! ARE YOU HAPPY?

Kevin: What?

Amayah: *tears up* I've been trying tell you earlier.

Kevin: Come here baby. It's gonna be okay. *She goes and hugs him*

Daniel: I'm sorry Amayah. I was just mad.

Amayah: MmHmm

*A few hours later*

Devin P.O.V

I stood at the bottom of the stairs waiting for Yn. She came down wearing a long black dress. When she got on the bottom of the steps, I seen that she had on high top black Converse. I just smiled. She looked so beautiful. I really want to marry her.

the beach. I know I know, I always take her to the beach. Last time didn't have a good ending. I just wanted to make it up. Don't worry there is more.

Yn P.O.V

We walked on the beach and talked.

Devin: So, can we talk about it?

Me: Sure. How do you feel?

Devin: I love you baby girl. I love waking up to you and I love who you are as a person. I know that I can talk to you about anything.

Me: Well I love you too. We have known each other for a few months and so much has happened. Are you sure you want to this?

Devin: How long have I known you?

Me: Do you not know?

Devin: Of course. I'm asking you.

Me: Since May.

Devin: And it's November. So it's been 6 months. I am willing to wait, but I feel like we should go to another level. Now lets run! Come on!

He took off running. I couldn't believe he was gonna have me run. He just kept going. I didn't want to be here by myself, so I ran.

Me: Devin this is not funny!

Devin: Girl just come on.

I was so glad that I wore tennis shoes. I stopped because I saw this big building. Devin took my hand and we went in. There was music playing. We went into this big are to find a huge party.

Me: Devin, what's going on?

Everyone: Surprise!
