Jayden walked down the locker room stairwell. It was deadly quiet as he got dressed out for weights & conditioning class. Since he hadn't been vaccinated yet, and it was a few days before Halloween, he felt sort of lonesome without his buddies Rudi and Layton Fisher. Everything was so desolate and sickly, it was making him mad.
What happened? Why did almost all of his classmates vanish? He was mad when school had gotten cancelled too. The weights extracurricular class was the only program still running.
His brothers had been taken on Thursday. They just left without a word. And his dad. At the time he had thought nothing of it, but they hadn't came back yet.
Not to mention the government has gone haywire. All of the sudden they had lost the 37.5 billion dollars that had funded the police and miltary. Quarantines happening in Europe and Brazil.
All on Monday.
Suddenly Jayden looked at his watch. He had spent 20 minutes just thinking. He got up and hurried to the locker room where darkness filled his mind waiting.
