"Please come to the basketball game and watch me cheer", Chloe said.
"Why"
"Because you're our manager"
"Fine"
Chloe is one of my bestfriends, she plays basketball with me but is also a cheerleader. It was the second game of the boys' season and I went to the first so why not go to the second. It was us, Swartz Creek, against Linden. Linden is a really good team, so I figured we would lose. The 7th grade team was alright, in looks and skills, but the 8th grade team... Well let's just say they were all game. But one of them stuck out like a sore thumb. Brenden Miller. He was the point guard for Linden. He was so cute, all my friends said he was ugly. Well they have their own type, but he was my type. He acted like he didn't give a shit when he played. I really don't give a shit either. Just like I predicted we lost, surprise, surprise. After the game I was gonna ask him for his number but wimped out. So later that night I found out his Instagram from a few friends who went to Linden. I decided to DM him. He replied a couple hours later. I explained who I was and why I DMed him. He said ok. But then I said I think your kinda cute and he saw it but didn't but he did request to follow me and like my recent selfie. Then he finally replied. You look pretty cute yourself. Then a heart. I then said I had to go to sleep, it was 10:30 after all.
