Avery's P.O.V.
When I woke up the next morning I jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom to take a shower. When I was taking a shower I started to think about the other night when the rogues said that mom and dad sent me and my brother to different families. My brother is here though so they have been mistaken. They must have been tricked to think that my brother was sent somewhere else. I thought to myself as I got out and dried off. I realized that I forgot to grab some clothes so I wrapped the towel around my body and walked into my room and walked over to the suitcases. I decided to go with a pair of black skinny jeans, a white tank top and a red leather jacket.
“ Wow you look good in a towel.” I spun around to see Jace in the doorway.
“ Ever heard of knocking?” I asked irritated.
“ Nah.” I rolled my eyes.
“ What do you want?”
“ Well your brother sent me up here to see if you were ready.” He said his eyes raking over my body.
“ Well you can see I am not now will you quit checking me out?”
“ No because you are smoking hot.” I felt my cheeks starting to turn red so I looked away.
“ Will you go so I can get dressed?”
“ Okay see you downstairs.” As he walked out he winked at me and then shut the door. I threw my clothes on and slipped on my ugg boots and brushed through my hair. I grabbed a scarf to top off the look, but before I put it on I blow dried my hair and straitened it. I then threw the scarf around my neck. I ran downstairs to be greeted with the smell of bacon. Yay bacon I thought to myself. I ran into the kitchen and seen my brother, Lea, and Jace were at the table eating.
“ Hey.” I said walking over to the table and sitting down by Lea.
“ What's up?” Jacob said grabbing a piece of bacon off of the plate in the middle of all four of us.
“ Nothing I am just thinking about us leaving this place.” I said looking around.
“ Yea I'm gonna miss it here, but we will be with our actual mom and dad.” Jacob said and I looked over at him taking him in. He was wearing black jeans with a gray shirt and his black leather jacket unzipped. I looked over at Lea and seen that she was wearing a dark purple dress that went to her knees that had black as the trim and was wearing black gladiator sandals. Her brown hair was curled and down. She had make-up on that made her eyes pop. I then looked over at Jace to see him wearing blue jeans with a black tight fit shirt that showed off his muscles. He looked sexy and his hair was messed up, but it still looked sexy. He noticed me staring at him and he smirked.
“ Like what you see?”
“ Nah I’ve seen better.” That wiped the smirk off his face. There was a knock at the door and I was out of my seat and to the front door in a flash. I opened the door and to see a guy in a black suit standing there.
“ Avery?” He asked.
“ Yea.” I answered not knowing what else to say. In a flash there were people standing behind him.
“ We are here to pick you, your brother, Lea, and Jace up.”
“ Okay, but we have to go get our bags first.” I said opening the door for them to come in.
“ No need to do that. Just show them where your suitcases are and they will take them to the plane.”
“ Okay.” We then motioned for them to follow us to our rooms. They then started grabbing our luggage and head out to the private jet.
