Today is not my day . Everything is not going how i planned it to go .
* 2 hours earlier*
" Esperanza honey ,can you come here for a second ? " Jenny called out. I ran down stairs praying she would let me stay at my bestfriend Juliet's (julie for short) house for the summer .
"Yes tia?" She looked up from her planner. " oh babe i wanted to talk to you about something " she looked nervous. I was feeling pretty nervous myself. "Well i found out that i have a tour coming up ,about a week or so and i know you wanted to go to julies house for the summer, but since i will be away from you for a couple months i wanted to you to stay at one of my closest friends. Her name is Trisha ."
"WAIT WHAT? come on ,i will be really safe ! Im 16 turning 17 in two months! Im pretty sure i know how to sleep , eat ,poop and take a shower . Please im begging you " i was literally on my knees on the verge of crying. Why would i want to stay with some on i dont know ?
"Im sorry , i just want you to be in good hands.like your parents told me ,before they..." i ran back up stairs,cutting her off .
*present*
"Mija stop sitting around and pack your stuff. Your leaving in the moring" . My aunt jenny said . And before you ask , yes Jenny Rivera is my aunt .
"But do i have to go ?" She gave me that look , dont start with me . I sighed , walking to my closet . Then grabbing my phone to call julie .
