Hi, Don't kill me.

Hello people of the WWW it's Seph here. I'm sorry that I haven't updated.

I know you guys hate that. Anyways I'll try to update more this year but I'm not promising anything.

I love all of you. And just a reminder I Fucking hate high school.

This year we have had so many deaths.

A fellow peer of mine committed suicide. She passed away on January 14.

It kind of makes you think about what your life was like before death and after.

Me I've went through thoughts of suicide also but I haven't went through it. They are always in the back of my mind on a daily basis.

Just remember if any of you guys need to talk I'm here and I'll listen and try to help.

We have also had a teacher this year pass away from cancer, and one of the other students parents have passed.

Just remember that there are always going to be people around you that are affected.

It may seem like there is no one around that cares.

But there is always someone around.

If you feel like no one will care think of it this way.

Do you have any memories of people just giving you a smile in the hallways or asking you if something has happened or someone just acknowledging you.

Others will remember that about you also. If any of that makes sense.

Just remember that someone always cares.
