This is Papyrus in kawaii mode!!! I drew this a couple weeks ago and just found it in my little book of drawing.
I'm not gonna do requests because I think I'm gonna draw every character in Undertale including the side characters. But if there are some characters that I missed in Undertale please tell me. AND NO I'm never ever ever gonna draw Gaster he's just to....creepy
