Kortney's POV
We were all just hanging out and talking while watching a movie when I heard someone call my name .
"Kortney can I uh talk to you for a sec?"

"Uhm sure even tho I don't know who it is." I said . So I just followed the voice.
To my surprise it was Gabe?!
"Gabe ...heyy?? What's up what did you want to talk about?"

"Uhm well you see I don't want Kenneth to beat me up butt...

"Butt?? " I said signaling for him to go on .

"But I really like you Kortney and I want you to give me a chance."
I sighed.

"Kortney please I know you just got out of things with Kenneth but just please give me a chance?" He said with the puppy look.

"Ugh not the puppy look! Uhm can I just think about all this? Please?" I said not giving him the puppy eyes.

"Of course ! Take all the time that you need!!" He said really anxiously for some reason.

After me and Gabe's convo , we walked back to our group of friends.

"Ooohh what were y'all over there talking about?" Tati said while smirking over at me and Gabe.
I felt eyes burning through the back of my head so I turned around and I saw Kenneth glaring at me.

"Hold on Tati, Um Kenneth what the fuck is your problem?!" I said getting really agitated.

"Oh!" He scoffed. "What's MY problem ?! MY problem is you over there in the corner flirting with my bestfriend !!!" He screamed at me.

"Wow that's really petty of you Kenneth because last time I checked weren't you the one kissing my cousin behind my back?!" I screamed with tears stinging in the the corners of my eyes.

"WELL AT LEAST SHE LISTENED TO ME AND ACTUALLY WASN'T A HOE!!" He yelled back.

"....Kenneth ...you don't mean that ." I said crying .

"Oh my ..um- I'm sorry Kortney I didn't me-(gco)

"You know what forget it I'm going home ...bye guys." I said leaving the house.

I heard everyone yelling my name but I just ran. I didn't know where I was going but I ran....
