Feeling Abandon (Nalu)

bye bye Lucy

Lucy Heartfillia was sitting in the guild, everyone was surrounding the 'special' gal Lissana for a while now, it felt as if Lucy has been completely shut out by everyone she loved.  She didn't know the beloved girl but she was happy for her. Should she be?

Lucy's best friend spent every single second with Lissana since she's been back, and every minute she would hear the girls name.

"Hey Natsu." Lucy greated the pink haired man.
"oh...hi" Natsu said more focused on Lissana, as he blocked out the world around him. She shrugged it off understanding that Lissana was a childhood friend of his and didn't want to bother him.

2 weeks later

Lissana seemed to be the main thing anyone ever talked about in the guild still. Natsu stopped contact with Lucy and never saw her anymore. Until...

"Hey Lucy...Can we talk?" Natsu asked her sitting down. Those were the first words she's heard from anyone in a long time.
"Yeah Natsu? What is it?" She asked sitting down across from him, hoping for positive comments.
"We are kicking you off team Natsu..." he said sternly.

"O-okay...." she said forcing tears to stay and she stood up looking down at the table. "It's because Lissana is back and you were just a place holder... It's better if you find a different group..."  He stated showing concern for the blonde girl.

She couldn't hold the tears anymore so she just ran away.

"Lucy!" He yelled after her. She wouldn't stop running, she couldn't. No way in hell was she going to stop now.
What did I do to him... did I do something wrong?

Stupid Lissana... she took the one I loved the most...

Lucy ran until her knees became weak and she collapsed onto the floor. Natsu kept yelling her name calling and hollering  for her, Thoughts rushed through her head and she wanted to scream but it wouldn't come out...

I wish this didn't happen

She curled up by herself and dug her eyes into her knees and cried, hot, tears of sadness and anger.
She whispered the worst things to herself l, only cause she believed they were true.

Natsu stood behind the tree listening to Lucy murmuring hurtful words about herself.

"Why do you think such things Lucy?" He asked quietly coming out from his hiding spot and slowly kneeled down.

Lucy flinched surprised. "Shouldn't you be with Lissana..." she asked looking away. 

"Lucy you are none of those things!" He said avoiding the question from his dear friend.. He then scooted towards her standing up, gently grabbed her wrist looking with concern in his eyes. She jerked her wrist away and turned away. "Just stop! I know you dont want me on your team. I understand. I'm fine" she said looking down. "I just want to be alone..." he stood up and left.

Please don't leave me alone again... I'll fix everything for you. I want to make things right between us.
