Anakin:
He was quite the gentleman on Valentines Day, not that he is not a gentleman but you get the point. Anakin brought you a nice small box of chocolates and something that couldn't be wrapped ;)
Obi-Wan:
You and Obi-Wan don't really "do" Valentines Day, so you spend the whole day in bed together because you have no missions or special inquiries to attend to.
Kylo Ren:
Since Kylo has to run Starkiller Base you either celebrate Valentines Day in the morning or night, and not all day. But most of the time it's at night and it just turns into cuddling.
Luke Skywalker:
You and Luke love to eat chocolate together. He'll get you a bouquet of pink and red roses to put in the vase. Luke will usually end up helping you with your lightsaber techniques.
