Thirsty?

Yes I was. I would kill for a drink, it felt like someone was holding a blow torch to my throat. I was so thirsty I gave up on the telepathy.

"Do you have any water?"

"You don't want water" he replied

"I need a drink!"

"Yes you do, but you don't want water. You want blood, human blood to be specific"

Blood. Just the thought of it, helps with the burning. Before I realised what I was doing I had leaped across the room and was now holding Jason by the throat against the wall. He was dangling two feet off the ground.

"Give me blood!"

"I can't, you have to go get it"

How do I get it? I wondered. then it hit me, I'd have to kill some one.

"You don't have to kill, there are other ways"

Damn. I really need to learn to shut off my mind. What are the other ways?

"Excuse me" Jason said interrupting my thoughts yet again "Could you put me down please?"

"Tell me how do I get blood!" I shouted, slamming his head against the wall.

"Feisty I like it" he said. In a second he had swapped our position, I was now hanging with my feet off the ground and his hands around my throat. "You really shouldn't lose focus, who knows what sort if trouble you could get in to" he leaned in, his lips getting dangerously close to mine.

Then I flipped him with my new found strength and lent in close so my lips were by his ear and whispered..

"Lead by example. Weakling" I gave him a flirtatious wink and set him down on the ground. I couldn't help but giggle at the look on his face!

"Who are you calling weakling, shortie" Jason enquired.

"I do believe I was referring to you.. Who you calling shortie?"

"I do believe I was referring to you" Jason said leaning in and when our lips where about to touch, I kneed him very hard in the crotch. I'm wasn't sure if vampires felt pain, but judging by the look on his face. I think it's safe to say he felt that.
