Hey guys, this is just a quick introduction to a story I hope to write after I finish Uncle Giggles and the Amazing Cannibalism Act. I hope you enjoy it!
"Hey Cindy!"
"Hey Katy!"
"Oh my God I heard that you and Steve are going out tonight!"
"Yeah, he is so totally hot!" Katy couldn't believe it herself. Steve was the best looking boy in the entire 10th grade and he asked her of all the girls to go out with him. Katy wasn't even a cheerleader, just a dorky math genius. However, Katy was very pretty. She had beautiful hazel eyes and amazingly perfect brown curly hair. She had a pair of big, square, nerdy looking glasses that she wore everywhere. She was wearing a slightly revealing green miniskirt and a purple V-neck that said 'Trust me, I'm a Doctor' with the Dr. Pepper logo on it.
Cindy was so jealous of Katy's beauty that she normally copied everything Katy wore to make it look like they are sisters. She had not as pretty red hair that she had to straighten everyday and smaller, librarian styled glasses that she only needed when she read. She was a little chunky and not as attractive as Katy. She had on a purple miniskirt that matched Katy's and a green V-neck that said 'I'm too cute to do math!', even though math was her favorite subject.
"Well, I'm really excited for you! Just make sure that you don't leave without a goodbye kiss!" The girls giggled loudly, making passing students give them dirty looks. Candy, the most popular girl in the school noticed the laughter and felt cheated that she wasn't part of it.
"Hey, girls!" Candy cheerfully said. Cindy looked at Candy in disbelief. Candy had never said a word to her, and now she acted as if they were best friends.
"Well, Katy is going on a date tonight!" Cindy said.
"Oh yeah," started Candy, "I heard about that. You were asked out by whatshisname!"
"Steve," Katy replied. Candy nodded her head to show that that was the name she was looking for. Candy's own boyfriend was an emo Juinor who was very muscular and good looking, but was so suicidal that Candy had to save Ron from killing himself a few times. She still remembered the latest attempt.
She was feeling as bright and sunny as her beautiful blonde hair and her blue eyes sparkled with joy. She was wearing the usual pink everything. Pink U-neck, pink Puma pants, and a pink headband to top it off. She was heading to her boyfriend's house after cheer practice so that he can do her weekend homework for her. She thought she was too good for weekend homework and refused to do it herself. She carried all of her textbooks, binders, and folders in her gigantic pink purse.
She skipped down Head Rd. and turned at the corner of Neck Lane. Ron was in house 15. The good thing about Ron's house was that it was five minutes away from the school, which was a nice walking distance for Candy's daily exercise. That morning at school, gossip informed her that Ron tried to stab himself with a pair of in scissors science class. She was worried about him, but not enough that she had to run to his house and try to comfort him as soon as possible.
Finally, she came upon house 15 and walked up its driveway. She opened the red front door to find a dark and seemingly vacant house. "Ron!" she called out. The door shut behind her almost automatically. "Yo, Ron! Get your ass down here! You have homework to do for me!" She heard a creak from upstairs and peered up the staircase.
"Hey, Ron! This isn't a good time to mess with me!" Slowly, she crept up the stairs. She half expected Ron to jump out at her as if she were in a haunted house. When Candy reached the top of the staircase, a chill ran down her spine. The second floor was freezing. Candy decided to head into the bathroom first to see if he was taking pain-killers or whatever, but he wasn't there. She sighed with relief and walked away.
